Soft sell as I was clear we were not ready to purchase We visited the next day to look at the car again and look at another. Disappointed as the car we test drove had some severe scratches and a dent that was not disclosed. Thankfully I went back in day light. The other car had a large scratch on the drivers side door that they had no interest in repairing nor were they interested in negotiating. Not sure I would visit again.

Most recently, I recently received a promotional coupon from Circle Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation for $89.95. When I brought my car in for service, the estimate that I was given for this work was significantly higher. After speaking with the service representative, I discovered that the invoicing system does not honor the promotional coupon and that an additional shop charge was added. The coupon does not state that shop charges are additive (a violation of Truth-In-Advertising laws). On another occasion, I purchased two new tires and was presented with an invoice for four tires. I reached out to the GM. He did not offer an apology. Instead, he told me that I should have engaged a manager to correct their errors. This is not my definition of "exceptional customer service." I recommend that you only use Circle Subaru's service department if you want the aggravation of inspecting their invoices and correcting their billing errors on every visit.

Service advisors were friendly and open to helping as much as they could. Close to my home. CONs: can't negotiate price, my car was supposedly cpo so expected it to not to come with some of the problems it did which included: new brake pads installed on warped rotors (they ended up replacing them when I took it in and claimed it was due to car sitting out on the lot), issues with key fob which after multiple visits finally replaced it, bad windshield wipers (replaced when I brought it in) and had new tires which didn't seem to be the case since after 7k miles on them needed replacement. I realize I didn't purchase a new car and it's not going to be perfect, but when you pay full price for a cpo car, shouldn't have these issues.
