The first question I asked was ' is there any severe rust or rust issues? To which David said - no not at all. Simply some surface rust.. Turns out - after picking the vehicle up and taking it in for an oil change, the entire bottom of the car was corroded and rusted out. The vehicle needed $5,000 in repairs ASIDE from the rust and on top of that they tacked on a $3,000 warranty never verbalized to me and my payments went from the promised $320 a month to $480 for a vehicle that needs over $5,000 in repairs to get on the road. I have never been screwed over so bad in my life. They have refused to work with me in any fashion. Im sure one of them will pop on here and say "we told you to bring it in the same day". Ya, Not to return it as i tried to do, for their mechanics to look at it again (the same mechanics who passed it). So no i didnt bring it back in. A short time later a staff member came by with a basket filled with individually wrapped granola bars. Linh came over shortly after to inform me the inspection was done and I was just waiting for car to be washed. Soon after she came back with my paperwork in hand and showed me to the cashier. The car was spotless and I received my invoice which detailed all that was done and a print out of the multi-point inspection breakdown.
