Had to ask a staff and apparently it was inside the hallways hidden like a back office. Not a very clean restroom and dumpster was full. No regular maintenance it seems. All I wanted was the receipt for the gas I purchased. The pump said to go see the cashier she said it would take a minute but after 10 it was clear one was not forthcoming. The manager indicated that the receipt paper in the pump was probably bunched up but far be it for them to to fix the issue. And they couldn't care less about getting my receipt from there Completely incompetent staff that apparently do not care if anything works do not understand basic customer service I obtain corporates customer service number called and went to voicemail requested a call back still waiting over a week now guess I know that I'll never hear from them ever. While waiting in line, I witnessed a woman not wearing a mask and mouthbreathing all over the credit card reader so I was already hesitant. Another customer walked in without a mask and the employee (mouth only covered, nose exposed) was not phased. I left the gallon of water right where I stood and left. Wearing a face covering is required by local laws and is important to reduce the spread of illness. I chose not to spend my money here in hopes of staying alive. read more

The prices listed on their sign do not match the actual gas prices. You don't find this out until pulling in. False advertisement at its best! This location definitely is not in a great locations the n for easy access or exit, but it's doable if you give yourself some extra time. I did give 2 stars because they have plenty of as pumps, which keeps you from waiting long to be able to get gas. Fix your price discrepancy, and it would be a 4-5 in my book! read more

This Circle K is always out of the big foam cups or something wrong with the soda fountain every time I go there now. It used to be my stop for drinks and snacks but not anymore. And there's always homeless people being allowed hanging around begging to everyone when there's not any loitering. read more

This circle k is pretty friendly, say hi and thank you when you go in and out but it could be cleaner and more organize. And the gas price is reasonable for the location. read more

This store is about middle of the road when it comes to Circle K's. It has a medium selection of goods, but the store feels a little dilapidated and worn down. There can also be at times a rather ghetto feel to the place, with some sketchiness going on, but thats probably normal for a gas station in such an urban location. Have been coming here for years to pump gas and never really get off and go into the store other than to ask for receipts. Today I pumped on #5 it said to go and get receipt from cashier. I send my son & he comes back to tell me we have to wait 5 to 7 min, I'm like what?!?! Never heard of that, so I go inside and see what is going on... Lovely young lady is explaining to me that it takes that long for the system outside to report inside. 1st I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE!!!! So, I was just confused and I told her I always pump at Circle K's and had never ran into that issue before. I always pump, run inside get a receipt no issues or delays... I wasn't trying to be b*tchy (sorry if I was to the young lady) but her coworker (piece of trash) who was in no way part of our conversation says with a dick attitude from the other counter "Well that is how this one works" The young lady must of seen my reaction because she immediately told him he shouldn't have said that. And she was right!!! Circle K, how do you HIRE people with such attitude?!?! You should really have them go thru some sort of training. I work in the Customer Service industry so I know how it is to deal with some people, but I can say I HAVE NEVER EVER said anything disrespectful or unprofessional to any of my clients. Because of them I have a paying job, and that ass in YOUR store DOESN'T have either professionalism or respect. Hey, if you need someone to train your employees let me know how much you will pay me and I can slap some common sense into that idiot. I can say I felt insulted as a customer. This Circle K is on my way to work and I stop there maybe twice a week. The first time I went in there a few months back there as a distinct vomit smell, I thought nothing of it and went on about my day. The next time going in was probably about week later and the smell was still there, I asked the clerk if they had anyone else ever comment on the smell and he said no and that they haven't smelled anything either. I have been in there a few more times since then and the smell is still there, I have asked other clerks about the smell as well and only one has mentioned something about it. I have overheard other customers talking about the smell as well, so I know I'm not the only one that notices this. Overall though the customer service there is very good especially for a very busy store like they are. The only problem is that smell that none of the clerks there sense somehow. read more
