I see this Circle K frequently when we shop at Twin Peaks Plaza but never stopped here ... until yesterday. I needed a quart of motor oil, and Circle K stores are a good place to pick up oil. The store itself is very small with coffee and a few convenience items. Associates were friendly and helpful -- motor oil is next to the counter/register. I really like this place! Although I do not purchase gas here I am a frequent customer at the convenient store. The employees are super nice and engage in conversation, always a pleasant experience. Now onto what I purchase.....I'm a huge fan of fountain drinks, particularly when they are in styrofoam cups. Keeps my drink nice and cold. This place has a few drink sizes in Styrofoam cups and bonus they have a sip n save club. It's 5.99 a month and you can get a drink a day. Perfect for me and my soda habits! This place also has really good chocolate chip cookies. Yeah, I know....chocolate chip cookies from a gas station?!? Trust me, these are really really good!!! Over all, I enjoy this place. Avoid the car wash. They charge a lot to use it. Problem is they don't maintain it well. They installed a new car wash machine recently. Been using it and every time the top spray bar doesn't work. This means it only sprays the sides of your vehicle with water leaving the top dry before it gets brushed. When it was first installed it worked. read more

The evening worker, Roberto, short stubby dark haired guy, is horrible. He should not be working in customer service. He is rude, sits there on his phone all night, constantly closes up for long periods and customers leave being frustrated. The owner obviously doesn't care because this guy is awful! No personality. He needs a job working on an island alone with no human contact. Go to the Circle K on the corner of Pomerado and Poway Road instead. read more

I like the Mobil gas station here but the car wash was terrible. You're able to pay for a car wash via the monitor at the gas pump. There were THREE car was options but none of the options stated a price which I thought was shady. I opted for the Economic wash which ended up being $7. The car wash entry is tiny . Not sure how a truck or bigger car would enter. The gas receipt has a code you enter when you get into the car wash to prompt the wash. There are no brushes inside the car wash. They just use water. WTF. And the blowers barely dry your car. The blower sensors are outta whack as they blow dry the entire length of the car wash. Wouldn't recommend this car wash at all. read more

Found a gift card in my old wallet so I decided to come in and use it. The woman behind the counter was having issues with the system and it wasn't taking it. She called the manager and the manager said they will be here in a few minutes. Or if I didn't have time they offered a free car wash. For my inconvenience. If I could give no stars or half a star I would. The gas attendant was so rude, or should I say convenient store worker. She walked up to the counter with an attitude I didn't even want anything other than water bottles. The price on the sign literally right underneath the water bottles I paid for said three for five dollars so I go and I check out and she tries to charge me nine dollars and I said hey it says 3for 5. keep in mind she hasn't said anything to me still and it's just giving me the most raggedy dirty look, she checks the water takes forever brings out a calculator from 1975 and start calculating numbers then rescans the water bottles and then trys to charge me eight dollars. And she's all is that better? And I was like no it's not better because it says three for five, then she's all actually it says three for 550 with the most rude tone of voice for no reason. And I'm like OK so where is the extra $2.50 coming from? I didn't say that because I had no time so I said OK and I left and as I was walking out the door and an extremely rude voice so you don't want these anymore and I said no I don't and she's OK bye and I said bye b**** granted I did call her the B word when I said bye but I think it was warranted because she acted like a clown and to be rude to someone over product that isn't even yours being priced wrong? I don't believe in the customer is always right saying because the customer isn't always right but in this case when the sign says three for five dollars and you're trying to charge me eight dollars it doesn't make any sense. -100 out of 10 would never go there again and if I do I hope her crusty self isn't working she needs an attitude check because all I said was please and thank you and I'll only have so much patience because I'm not the employee I'm the customer. Don't waste your money on a really lousy car wash for $7.00. You can go to a real car wash place for an exterior wash for the same price that actually washes your can not just wet it and semi-dry it. read more

The convenience store is small and they don't sell alcohol. They have plenty of pumps here, but can get busy since there's a lot of popular stores in this mall - Albertsons, Outback Steakhouse, and Target. Prices are about right - not too expensive. read more

I stop here frequently for gas and there is always a pump available. I have tried to use the car wash here a few times and it's never in service. I was here the other day to get gas and the pump spilled gas all over the side of my car. I went to grab some paper towels from the dispenser for window washing fluid and there was none. This gas station has left me slightly disappointed. Please fix the car wash. read more
