Soft sell as I was clear we were not ready to purchase We visited the next day to look at the car again and look at another. Disappointed as the car we test drove had some severe scratches and a dent that was not disclosed. Thankfully I went back in day light. The other car had a large scratch on the drivers side door that they had no interest in repairing nor were they interested in negotiating. Not sure I would visit again.

They called me and told me it needs a new catalytic converter, a new battery (not even one year old), the battery terminals are bad, the front axel needs replacement, the whole bill almost $12k??? I told them to investigate why the lights come on all of a sudden, and please not build a new car for me. So they investigated and finally told me that if the battery, the terminals, the catalytic converter and the O2 sensor are replaced, the fault is gone. I paid $6,600 for these repairs. My daughter picks up the car, the next morning all the lights come back on??? I told her to check the oil and the water, make sure she has brakes, and drive it home over the weekend, so I can have a look at it. I have to say that I used to be a mechanic, so I understand cars well. But I spent one hour looking through the car, and found the Engine ground strap to be totally fallen apart (corrosion) and hanging on a threat. I spent $5 and ordered a pack of three new straps, cleaned it all up and connected the new one, all faults, lights, problems are gone. I told the garage that I don't think there is anything that wrong with the car, since it just came from a service, but they knew better and charged me to over $6k for stuff I didn't need. This is not the first time a garage totally overcharges me for stuff that didn't need to be done and I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship of Circle, who obviously only want to sell parts, but not help a student with their car by clearly assessing the problem and fix it at a fair price. The worst part, after telling me that the battery terminals are bad, they didn't replace them. Sadly I will never have her bring the car to Circle again while she is at college down there.

I drive 45 minutes to this location because of the highest luxury service. Leigh Farrell runs the absolute best shop around. The Freehold team are smart, professional, super knowledgeable, very friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. Inventory is really good as well. I do think this is a true luxury experience end to end- even for Mercedes. What I loved most about my recent experience? I called Tim, the Sales Manager, told him what I wanted and he made it happen- the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready and all paperwork prepared. I left in a new Mercedes GLE in under 70 minutes. Adriana helped me through the entire process. She knows her cars, the details of what she has on the lot, and she knows her numbers. Dealership is super clean. Well appointed. By far the best experience and dealership around.

When i stated i received a way bigger discount from another Mercedes dealership is when all of a sudden you want to now negotiate. We had a unique issue in that we wanted to pay cash but couldn't get the cash from our HYSA that day. Their finance department suggested we finance the vehicle and pay it in full before any interest accrued - they quickly completed the finance process and thus we were able to get the 4Runner that day. Of course no one checked because no one uses Cd's, but my kid is a musician and an old soul and has 500 of my old CD's. When I relayed that to Greg- the guy found a cd player on line and INSTALLED it for my kid. Do yourself a favor if you are done with shady people and shitty business practices. I asked Rachel nicely to stop texting/calling/emailing. She sassed me the first time telling me that "she only called once!". Well now we are at least 5 phone calls in plus multiple texts which have been stopped and emails. I wrote to the GM to ask that they stop contacting me. I promised them that if they continued to contact me that I would flood the internet with bad reviews of Freehold Subaru. Rachel just phoned me again. STOP CONTACTING ME.
