They initially had me later in the schedule, but the office team was super responsive and accommodating--they texted back quickly, explained they'd try to bump me up, and kept me updated. In the end, they squeezed me in around 10am, which was perfect! The crew showed up right on time, were professional, friendly, and got the job done efficiently and cleanly. No mess, quick pump and inspection, and they left everything spotless in my backyard (even with all the plants and stuff around the access point). Communication was top-notch from start to finish--morning check-in texts, heads-up when they were en route, and a call number if needed. I've dealt with septic services before, but this was one of the best experiences. Honest, reliable, and they really go the extra mile to make it work for the customer. Highly recommend Modern Septic Service in El Cajon--definitely 5 stars!

    Well, imagine after switching over to this laundromat living in El Cajon for 5 years, is my 5th…read morevisit here and I always have a habit of checking inside the laundry machine to see if there's any remnants from the previous user like dirt /debris/ Etc / all of the above you can imagine you can find sitting in there. Since I have seen weird stuff in other machines over time led me to have a habit of checking first. At least a couple times in the past they were some debris dirt, whatever, I simply asked the lady attendant for a Rag that she provided and I moved on. However this past Friday the machine that I prefer to use I saw some questionable stuff in the machine and on the side holes, so i was waiting for her to ask for the rag but I saw her next door disappearing into a house so I waited 10 plus minutes she didn't come back so i tore a piece of the paper towel and tried to  wipe the stuff off from inside a machine but there's so much of it that I decided to leave the towel it on top of the machine for her to see it and not use that machine at all since they were stuffed lodged in some of the holes inside the machine. I literally live around the corner so, I set my timer went home came back to take my clothes to the dryer and I saw her sitting through the window in her normal spot and I told her hey come see this she said I don't need to see it and refuse to come over. So I said it's your machine you don't want to see it so I ignored it and just set my timer for the dryer and left again. When I came back it looked obvious that she ran the machine and it was fresh water in it now I didn't see the stuff anymore so I told her it looks good, it looks like the stuff is gone.. And then she drops a bombshell and said , you did it...Other people saw you do it So here's the Imagine part, Imagine you go to any business you see water on the floor or an object or something that shouldn't be there that an employee or somebody working there would appreciate you telling them that and would want to know for their business or place of employment and for that person's response to be you did it....It's not only a huge red flag it is unacceptable, and disgusting. For you to either be ashamed that someone is telling you something is bad in your business, or what do you call that when an employee doesn't want to hear something about their business and then tells you that you're the one who did it. How are you supposed to feel about that as a client that just wants to wash their clothes, mind their business and move on with your life ,cause you switched over to this laundromat to save money because you're unemployed and you're going through certain procedures because of your health. How is one supposed to feel with that kind of response to having stuff inside of the machines several times now? Your first reaction when you see that stuff in there is do they not clean these machines often or is the employee embarrassed. Again, This is possibly the third time there's been debris in the machine since I've been here and going on my 5th visit here. The employee then says I already have a boss you're not my boss to my surprise, I just said I don't want to be your boss all I wanted you to see what was in your machine that I was looking at, She kept on saying she already has a Boss. I asked her what is your name and she did not respond, I asked what is the owner's name. she said you do not come back here or I will call the cops. I said with that attitude I don't need to come here and took my laundry and left disgusted by what happened. Well here's what happened cause i took photos of it because it's always he said she said until you show the photographs....Wherever you are lady your attitude stinks. I was expecting a thank you or poss sorry about that...(  not a thank you sir / thank you Mr ) maybe just thank you for pointing that out without giving me attitude or possibly being embarrassed or even worst case accusing me of it .  To be honest I wasn't sure if this was s*** or weed or both, but the bad attitude then the accusation is unacceptable and disgusting so here's photographs of whatever that stuff is in your machines... now deal with it. Warning :  if you go to this facility before you put your clothes in these machines look to see if there's any debris or objects and take photos good, bad or indifferent and put them up on this website so the owner can see what's going on here. In life, I will not tolerate anyone accusing me of doing something I never did. That is unacceptable at 50 years old. Or any other time, place, age. period!

Juan and Jeff were professional and got the conversion done with everything working! I purchased the BBQ kirland island BBQ from Costco online and it looks amazing. Thanks to Juan who is a bbq expert, got it to all work. Took a little longer then expected, (3 hours) but worth it since I had not a clue how to do this tedious work. I know this company works on very high end outdoor kitchens, but it sure made my little outdoor bbq a humbled high end kitchen for me! Thanks guys.

He advised me to clean the barbecue instead of buying a new unit even though he would make more money we fitting the space for a new unit. The guys came out to clean the barbecue today and did an excellent job. You definitely get what you pay for. I have had my barbecue cleaned in the past by a less expensive company and it it does not compare to what they did today. The guys who came out were extremely polite and took their time . I am having them come out to fix a couple more items on the barbecue in a couple more weeks and I will update the review accordingly. It's very rare that a business owner answers the phone and takes the time to truly understand your problem and give you your best options for a solution. My barbecue looks amazing

    So much I'm disappointed with. They made huge changes and none of it benefits the customer. Every…read moremonth you get outside treatment but if you want interior service you have to call and schedule for a separate day (it used to be the same day). The issue is I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I keep leaving voicemails and NO ONE gets back to me to even schedule. What am I paying for? Also, they are using AI to handle customer phone calls which is insane. We're already looking for a new company.
