    Marco rocks!
    May B.

Had my first class yesterday and simply loved it. The space is awesome, very colorful with friendly people. The instructor Marco was spot on with his techniques and feedback on handstands. Definitely coming back for more!

I wish this place had better rates for classes, but I understand why it's pricey for the classes (the instructors are professionals). I did this as a living social deal and I did the Acrofit and it was intense. We did a circuit of different acrobatic workouts. Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Aerial silk, and back workouts. It was intense. I thought I was in shape, but no. This kicked my butt. Great workout. With the help of the instructor (Rob is awesome), I was able to hold myself up on the trapeze upside down. It was scary as heck, but I actually did it. I can see how it's an amazing workout. I was sweating bullets. The pre-warm up was fun. I still use some of their warm up for my regular workouts. PARKING: Street and meter. Hard to find if you take night classes. I took it Sat morning, so tons of parking. LOCATION: Near Thai Town Small place that is in a alley AMBIANCE Felt like a big giant circus! Hoops, space, mats, etc. SERVICE: Rob was awesome! Have him as an instructor! He is really cool! OVERALL: Great workout, I just wish it wasn't so pricey :P

My First Class! They Got Me Up on the Silks! I loved it!

His was the funniest class I have literally ever done! Really nice receptionist, amazing teachers very attentive even in a large class. I did my first class today and had an absolute blast. One of the instructors even gave me a little one on one stretch time in the beginning because I came a little late and I appreciated that so much! Overall an amazing place and phenomenal teachers & overall vibe and energy!

My friend and me joined the strength&stretch class for 1.5h, taught by Sarah. Yes it was good, hard, funny ( when physically challenged you either laugh or cry) and it gave me a good buzz afterwards. As it is one big space, several classes going on simultaneously. While working out you can see the other groups which are in trapeze or other circus classes. Which is very helpful, it takes your mind of your physical challenge, sameness and it is inspiring - a smart set up. People are very friendly and we had a really good time while we were keeping fit. I paid $25 for one class you can buy deals than its cheaper. Personally I think it's a little too pricy, on the other hand you are good to yourself which always is a priceless investment. YES I recommend !!!

Cleanliness at this specific location could definitely be better maintained. The mat I rented that day was a bit smelly, and the towel was too, which wasn't great. That said, this has nothing to do with the staff.. the front desk is very friendly, and the instructor I had for yin was wonderful. No complaints there at all. I'd probably avoid this particular location moving forward though, that's all.

I'd had a bad experience at the Pasadena studio with a girl named Megan, so I decided to try a different location, and I'm so glad I did. This studio is waaaay cleaner. The mat towels smelled fresh, everything felt sanitized, and the space was clearly well taken care of. My instructor, Jimmy, delivered an amazing workout, he incorporated moves I've never seen before and actually walked around correcting form, which is rare in larger fitness classes. He was fun, energetic, and really set the tone. Playlist was baddie certified! LOVED him! I also appreciated how well maintained everything was, soaps fully stocked, cozy studio rooms, and an overall vibe that felt intentional and inviting. I think this might be my new go to location. I don't even mind the drive :)

It used to be free but it's $6 per person and you have to park on the street, but no big deal here . . . yet. Our group of 3 walks up along with another person and we try to check in with 2 men at a table. One older gray haired man tells us the tour already started. I'm completely confused and look at my watch, and say, "it's only 3 minutes after the start time." Then he says, "We were looking for you!" I said, "Well, you weren't looking very hard because here we all are checking in at the start of the tour." After he checks us in, I ask if we can sprint to catch up to the tour and he says yes. I lean into the doorway and see the rest of the tour - 4 other women right there. So half the tour was 3 minutes "late" and they decided to start, weird but moving on. The woman leading the tour was really quite lovely and I wasn't expecting the house to be so amazing since I was focused on the garden part but I really loved learning about the house and original inhabitants. We are asked several times if we want to join the meditation but I'm getting culty vibes and we keep politely declining. Once we are outside, we are asked again if we would like to join the meditation and now the gray haired man is with us again and I said, "No, we really just wanted to see the gardens." At this point he says, "Oh the gardens are closed." I'm completely confused again and said, "What? But that's why we came-- to see the gardens & labyrinth." He then says, "Oh! well the labyrinth is open but the gardens are closed." At this point I think they asked us to join the meditation again. I asked when they expected them to be opened and the response was June of this year, maybe because there have been a lot of delays. Again, weird, but okay we just want to walk the labyrinth. There were a couple of other women walking it and then our group of three joined too. I'm halfway thru it and I look up and see the gray haired man STARING at us - which included 3 preteens/teens in halter tops posing and taking pix - and I was so incredibly creeped out. I had no idea what to do, cross the labyrinth? ask him what he is staring at? I came to this place to ground and do something calming and now I have a man staring at me and other women but since everyone else was looking down or at their phone, they didn't notice so I didn't want to disrupt THEIR experience. Eventually he went away, to join the meditation I guess. We finished the labyrinth and left. It was only $6 but since it didn't mention the gardens were closed on the website or ticket, I am asking for a refund. Would I go again when the gardens are open? Yes. Would I recommend to others? Yes. Would I advise against it as a single woman? Also yes. I will update if they refund us or not.
