It's closed. Why would Yelp even have it on here? Waste of gas and time for me. Have things on here that are OPEN

Today, I was setting up the BOA app on a different phone. Every time I tried to log in, I had to call BOA to get a verification code. The customer service asked me to go into a branch and show them my ID to get my account unlocked. The bank was so busy on a Friday afternoon that no one was available at the time when I walked in. But the manager was so nice! He took me in anyways and helped me reset everything. But the problem was still there. I still needed to call and get a code every time I tried to log in. So while I was waiting on the phone for a loooong time to talk to someone, the manager was super patient and kind. He came back to checked on me a few times even though he was really busy. When I finally got a customer service representative on the phone, the manager came right away. With both of their help, I finnaly got my BOA app working! If you run into any problems, this is THE branch that will help you for sure. I'm even thinking to bring my checking n savings back to BOA. Thank you so very much again!!

This bank is located in a very nice quiet spot and not to busy either. The only problem is that it's more on the dirty side but it's not very noticeable. This bank is very convenient for me and I had no problems at all. All and all this is a great bank and had a great experience.

One on the business window and one on the non-business windows. While in line to see a teller, a customer (not in line) approaches the non business teller that had just finished helping a customer. The teller, instead of telling that customer to get in line, proceeds to help her for a bit. Then, coincidentally, a UPS employee walks into the branch and that teller makes eye contact with the UPS employee and proceeds to help him out without acknowledging the customers in line. He didn't even care that the customer next in line was an elderly person and had been trying to call his attention. When the UpS guy leaves, that same teller proceeds to help the lady that had cut in line in another section of the bank. Considering they weren't speaking English, it came off as he preferring to service someone of his culture out instead the customers patiently waiting in lines. The teller in the business window ends up helping the elderly person and myself out. However, he looked miserable. Not happy. Not friendly. It was so awkward. Further, he ignored me when I asked for an envelope and when I reminded him, he just gave me the envelope instead of placing the cash I had withdrawn inside. I have been going to this branch for 20+ years and the teller has always put the cash in the envelope for me. Considering the neighborhood this branch is in, it's the courteous thing to do but no. I only gave two stars because it was practically empty inside so I was serviced in a reasonable amount of time
