I would suggest scrapping the $49 Steak Tartare entirely as it is a lie, and potentially a biohazard, in favor of a normal Steak Tartare. The Burrata also needs to wow or at least be above average. Appetizers calibrate expectations and ultimately skew the rest of the meal, both positively or negatively. I like what they're attempting to do but it's not quite there in a city with so many good options at that price point.
