First time visiting City Dental. The staff was EXTREMELY KIND, everyone individually had amazing customer Service. They were very helpful and friendly/personable. Each employee made you feel right at home. COOTOS TEAM. The doctor/dentist- she was GREAT. It's hard to find a doctor that's personable, jokes with you and makes you feel comfortable. The dentist took my information from my medical forms and began to contact me via his personal account. When reported to the HR department, they did nothing and Gaby in HR would not give me correspondence and argued that this is not a hipaa violation. Your information is not safe here and the staff protect each other even when your rights have been violated. Reported to medical board, police and HR even though their investigation only consisted of asking their staff 'did you do this' and then ending said investigation. Disgusting behavior. read more

I have been going to City Dental Care for many years. It is my family's dentist. After the pandemic the quality of work that they do and the friendliness of some staff really plummeted. I am very sad that I have to find a new dentist soon. I'm letting them finish out the work that they are doing with me but then I will be leaving there facility. I feel like the dentist rushes through your work after waiting for hours. I feel like I am getting dental work done that is unnecessary. The dental hygienist is extremely rude and snarky. Shady shady shady! City dental has been in my network for years. Until recently they failed to notify me I was out of network in feb of 2020. My son's space retainer fell out, so I made an appointment to get it replaced. They were trying to charge me $400 because apparently my insurance denied the cover charge. It didn't sound right to me so I called my insurance and they let me know that they have in fact have been out of network since the beginning of the year. My insurance also notified me that they were overcharging for everything they do and we're doing unnecessary procedures. Im positive this place was hit with insurance fraud because they would give out money and gift cards, which is probably why the charges are so high. I can't believe we let business like this remain open feeding off the working class, disgusting. read more

Been going to this dentist for about 6 years. Tried to make an appointment about a month ago and I was told they no longer take my insurance (Delta Dental) So I've been looking for another Dentist. Got a call today that I had an appointment and if I don't show they are charging me a $100 no show fee. I just don't understand why this would apply if I was told my insurance was not taken. Spoke to the "Assistant Manager" who said there is nothing she can do about the fee and if I ever want to go back I have to pay it. No thank you, I will not be returning there. Even with an appointment do you have to wait for nearly an hour to be seen. I'm also pretty sure they do insurance fraud because they literally pay you in gift cards to see them and rack up the charges to your insurance. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. read more

I've always had a great experience from City dental. My son had excruciating pain for a few days. And City Dental was able to squeeze my son in fast without scheduling an appointment. He had all 3 wisdom teeth pulled and the dentist and staff treated my son with the best care. They were caring, concerned and very attentive to him. Thanks City Dental for treating Jacob. Very shady, went in for a basic cleaning & was told I need a deep cleaning but only on one side and I would have to go back to get the other half done, then proceed to tell me that I need a crown okay went with it since they see this everyday. Then had the main dentist come & tell me I had to get an extraction done on a extra tooth. I have been told that I can get it taken out ONLY if it bothers me which it doesn't but she was persistent that I had to get it extracted when I have been told different. It felt like she had barley even looked at my teeth she only looked for about a minute???? My mother had also went in and was told she needed a crown but would be 4,000 but when they told me I needed a crown it would only be 2,000 (mind you we have the exact same insurance plan) at that point something didn't seem right so I told them I would call to schedule my next appointment for "deep cleaning". Was there for over an hour to just have had a shitty X-ray done from someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Will definitely not be returning back... also every time I have gone in for the past 3 years there has been new employees every single time kind of a red flag if you ask me. read more

Have had all mine and my husbands work done here for the past 2 1/2 years and only had minor issues and very long wait times even with an apt. But got a permanent crown put on and less then a year later it cracking in half and they told me the only thing they could do was to pull what was left of the tooth and charge me $150 to do that then I could pay between $900-$1500 to get a new tooth to put in its place. Then said it was my fault the crown broke because I didn't floss enough??? And that's why I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. Way to stand behind your work. We will both be going to a different dentist from now on. read more

The staff are great no doubt about it. They greet me with a smile. The office on the other hand they bill the living hell out of my insurance. One time I went and got a filling done I told them it didn't feel right and they said to give it a day for the swelling and my feeling to come back. The pain got worse and the filling felt like it was too big so I called them and they told me to go in the following day. I went and I waited two hours in the small waiting room and when I finally went in they did the adjustment in ten seconds. When I asked to see what I paid for they charged $500 for a quick grind. Another incident I was getting some work done and they told me I couldn't get it done cuz I ran out of money and I was like how this is the first time in the year that I got work done so I requested the paper showing the work done on me they charged my insurance that I got seven Anastasia shots when I only got two and they charged $ 187 a pop!!!!! The most resent was that they charged me a $20 co pay all of a sudden for a deep cleaning in all the years they've never asked for one and my insurance clearly states that I get 2 cleanings a year for free meaning no co payment. Do NOT go here they will milk every penny from your insurance if you don't believe me ask for what you are paying and ask them to show you and give it to you on a paper and when you go to another dentist how I did he said omg this is ridiculous. read more
