In full transparency, I did not know what the durability or longevity of furniture would be purchased at outlet. For clothing at an outlet, the hem could be off, button missing or another small imperfection. One would expect furniture to be durable and long lasting. Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.

FBS (Sara) said they could come 5 days later for $140 more to install it. My invoice contained a $190 charge for delivery, installation, and haul away old dishwasher. I requested a refund for the installation and haul away. They did not Respond. Sara is the admin person who handled this. I won't do business with them again.

Recently we were having issues with one of our trees and Harrison had Zack P and Nick D come out to take a look as soon as possible. They were knowledgeable and helpful and set us up on a course to correct the problem. They truly go above and beyond and it adds to the value of the overall experience. In a world where it's hard to get anyone to respond to anything, their customer service is exceptional. We go there for food a lot, and have also found some other great home items like egg holder, glass juicing bottles, or all natural laundry pods, and have also gotten many stuff for our furbaby. Their clearance is pretty decent and we've found lots of good deals that way. Aisles are small, sometimes floor staff will power walk through but generally I'll stand my ground until they're forced to say excuse me or hit me bc sometimes it seems like they just expect you to move without saying something if you seem them coming. Despite that, I really don't have much issue with floor staff. Checkout line can get long but they also have about 4 cashiers when I go so it goes fast. Cashiers are always friendly and nice.
