When we had questions leading up to moving day, their administrator Brana was quick and kind with her responses. On the day of moving us out Denis stayed in touch about their arrival time. Thankfully traffic helped us out (although I know it must have been difficult for Denis and his colleague Marat). We thought we were so ready to move and found out the morning of that I had missed several kitchen drawers and cabinets during a recent illness. Norbert showed up to my current residence personally with a few documents to sign, and then let the team go to work on loading my items. I would say it took them less than 20 minutes, 4 men and a 1BR apartment. They are super efficient. They came prepared with extra packing materials and wrapped my couch, dresser, and large mirror in protective wrap. The movers showed up to my new address 20 miles away just shortly after I did. They moved everything upstairs and asked how I wanted things arranged to place them. Mind you, I was moving from 900 square feet to 450 square feet, but they did the best they could at arranging where everything should be and did a great job! Other than the owner, Golan Ramiz, there are no regular employees. He hires day workers and with no regular staff he does not know what he is going to get. I just found a chunk of a leg of a dresser broken off and hidden in a drawer. My beautiful Oak Rolltop Desk will never be the same. He bent the glides on the drawers and just shoved it back together. He took the entire desk apart, when there was no reason to do so and the desk is now permanently damaged. The doors on our china cabinet were taken off and he had to come back to try to repair that as well. The doors still do not open and close smoothly and evenly. Don't even try to get him on the phone. He hides behind his assistant/girlfriend Michelle. Be smart, avoid this company like the plague!
