It is very apparent that Roman's Plumbing's goal is to make sure their clients know and understand their costs, the date and time of your appointment and at the job's completion what exactly Roman did. For twenty years my Dad lived alone. He always called Roman to help with plumbing repairs. We (Dad's out of state family) knew with certainty Roman would take great care of him. And Dad loved "visiting" with Roman. In Dad's later years, when he needed a bit more explanation of the plumbing issues, Roman was kind and patient with him. When it became time to sell Dad's house, we called Roman to fix the plumbing issues called out in the home inspection report. What I appreciated is that Roman took each issue noted by the inspector and gave us as his expert opinion. There was an issue that in his opinion did not need to be addressed.
