They smile in your face, when you are laying money down, are SLIMEY, in the underhanded way they slide by the additional $500.00 on a $400.00 2-day rental ($900.00 of YOUR money you can't access) and THEN, trying to get in touch with a live person for explanation is an automated, 3rd level of hell, viscous loop. I always purchase the tank of gas directly from them, as it's much cheaper than what the gas stations offer. Whenever renting from this location, it has always been my fiancee and I that rent the car. I was a bit shocked when I saw the receipt after returning the rental, as I noticed there was an $80.00 charge added for listing my fiancee as an additional driver. Never in the past have I ever been charged this fee, as I have always been told that as long as they have his driver's license on file, he is covered. The individual who waited on us was not the man that we usually deal with, so this was upsetting.

They were full of repeated misinformation, their cars smelled like smoke, the general manager Brock looked unprofessional and very unkept - no Hertz clothing, just ratty pants and an NFL team sweatshirt plus a baseball cap. Not only did he not look like an employee much less a manager, but he acted very much UNLIKE someone in customer service. Absolutely no customer service skills and full of attitude. On top of that, he was rude, mean and full of threats - both physical and verbal. I've never been pointed at and met with such derogatory behavior as a woman. This man needs to learn how to respect people, especially women. Typical chauvinist who thinks he's always right and everyone else is wrong. I've never seen a manager run after a customer like he was going to beat the person up and have to be held back by his employees until I saw it that day as I was sitting in a chair watching his terribly unbelievable behavior. My car was clean on the inside and he explained that If the temp is colder that a specific degree then they don't wash the outside. The car was already warm inside and the service was great. Pro tip. If you place your reservation online then fill out the other from that gets emailed to you to enter your driver's license and all that then you simply walk in and hand them an ID and your driver's license and your done in 5 minutes. Budget also takes PayPal so you can double dip on rewards. There is a 250$ hold for incidentals.
