This theater has the best popcorn in the high desert. The cinema is a little outdated and could use a few upgrades. However, the staff is always professional, friendly and polite, and I always have a good time when I go there only gave it four stars because it is outdated and the seats are not as accommodating as other theaters, but it is an older theater, so it's understandable but overall it's a good theater. read more

This is a movie theater. Yet I cannot see the movie that I payed for because they don't calibrate or update their projectors or something. Went to two different theaters in this location and both screens were hardly visible. The projectors are so dim that the scary movie I watched I couldn't even see the scary scenes or faces. The volume is set to max but apparently the brightness is set to the lowest possible setting. Super disappointed and probably will avoid this theater. Other than that everything was fine. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the appearance of this movie theater, which I have been frequenting for a considerable amount of time. Upon arrival, I observed that both the receiving area and counter were unacceptably dirty. After providing tickets from my phone, the staff directed us to our designated movie theater. She should have held us in the lobby until the movie showing was over. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the preceding movie was running late. After settling in, we were abruptly asked to vacate the premises so that cleaning could commence, requiring us to gather our belongings and exit. Additionally, it is worth noting that the trash cans were overflowing to the point of near collapse when we first entered. We waited for approximately 10 to 15 minutes in the hallway for the cleaning staff, consisting of three individuals, to perform their duties. However, it appeared that they did not undertake any significant cleaning efforts within the movie theater. Upon the movie's conclusion, the trash containers were overflowing and full. They should be emptying trash containers more frequently. My family and I consistently ensure our area is tidy and, on this occasion, had to search for a receptacle to dispose of our waste properly. I don't understand what's happening at this theater I've seen many employees doing nothing. read more

I'm a fan of movies and the movie experience but it's theaters like this that are contributing to the decline and ruin of movie theaters as a whole. People talking constantly throughout movies on their phones and when I've talked to the manager about it he does absolutely nothing. I try to go at least two times a month and on occasion I order a beer. I ordered a beer same manager wants to hound me asking me what's the address and dob on the card like it doesn't have a picture of me on it (mind you I'm nearly 40 and look it). All to not even have the beer I ordered in the first place. If you feel the need to patronize this establishment just know you won't be appreciated for doing so but at least the screens are usually empty enough. Price 10/10 read more

I rarely write reviews. I just had to write this one because of the disrespect I endured here. My family came to this movie theater to watch a movie, we wanted a fun family movie night. Well when we arrived to the place I had to pee ( I am 5 months pregnant) and my son who is 5 had to use the bathroom. I told my husband to drop us in front so he can park the car. Well we were met with Julian the General Manager who did not let us use the bathroom. I explained to him I am 5 months pregnant and we were planning on buying tickets. My son also needed to go! He denied us and said we need to buy a ticket. I told him that's messed up that he would deny a pregnant woman and her son to use the bathroom. Hands down my favorite theater in Hesperia and the entire high desert. New reclining seats, dolby sound in theaters, and an IMAX (even if it's not as big as the Regal Ontario screen)! Decided on a last minute movie with my family on a Wednesday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by this theater! We walked in to an empty concession stand and was helped right away. To be honest I truly believe their concessions are cheaper than main stream movie theaters. We got a large popcorn with two large drinks, a medium popcorn and a medium drink, hot Cheetos and ice cream for 60 dollars. I was shocked! The seats are recliner with a little table for your snacks! The theater itself is clean! I will definitely bring my family back. read more

Worst cinema experience when it comes to enforcing rules. I've been to this theater multiple times, and not once was I asked to show my ID. However, today when I came with my friends, we were suddenly required to present identification. Two of us are underage, and one didn't have an ID. At first, the employee checking tickets told us that as long as two of us had IDs, we would all be allowed in. After we showed our IDs, she completely changed what she said and insisted that everyone needed to have one. This contradiction made the whole situation frustrating and confusing. If you're underage, make sure to bring your ID because the rules here seem inconsistent and can change without warning. The same employee also denied restroom access to what appeared to be an underage boy unless he showed a ticket, which added to the overall negative experience. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, friends of mine went to see the same movie and were not asked for identification at all. Ironically, the same employee who was so adamant that we all needed IDs let them in without any issue--even though one of them was underage. read more

We're keeping our money here in Hesperia and loving it! The theater is amazing, and the people who run it are so friendly. They even have beer and wine! The popcorn is always fresh and worth the price, and they give you free refills on large drinks and popcorn. Oh, and by the way, members get some cool perks too. read more

Completely disappointed in this theater. It used to be the best one in the HD. Went to watch a movie and the concession line had about 50 people in it but wasn't too concerned as we didn't need any concessions. Then go to buy tickets and the ticket counter is closed and says you must buy tickets at the concession counter. What a joke. By the time we would have got through the line the movie would have been half over. The money they lost on my tickets alone could have paid the hourly wage to staff the ticket counter especially on a busy holiday weekend. Very poor management. Its the High Desert and this is the closest theater to where I live. I like the location because there is a small park in front of it. It's typically safe because its city center with the police station right next door. The place is quiet, customer service is fast at the concession stand. I'm very disappointed in my experience today and very concerned for the training manager Julian Delgado received. I bought 3 tickets for Lilo and Stitch we went to get popcorn and stuff. $55 was the total great we don't go to the movies all that often so we were going to splurge. I pay with my debit card their system says approved but they said it did not go through and they wanted me to swipe my card again. I said I wasn't going to do that until I checked my account. Pulled up my banking app and sure enough $55 to the theatre has been pulled out. I showed it to them they said okay let me get my manager. Julian Delgado comes out and just repeats that it didn't go through. I show him my bank app he says oh it will get canceled. At this point we are at a stalemate because I'm not swiping my card again but they don't seem to know how to problem solve outside of their handbook. Finally my daughter disappointed and with tears in her eyes ask just to go. We left and I'm sure they threw it all away. I walked away with a blue post it assuring me that they will refund me (that I'm sure isn't even worth the paper it is written on) and complimentary passes (tons of restrictions of course) to a theatre I have no interest in visiting again. read more

Love this place, I wish it got more business like it did when it first opened. The staff are super friendly and the lovely lady that takes the tickets on Saturdays was so kind. We even walked over to the farmers market right across the way and bought some good stuff. As I was trying to get popcorn and soda to my family, I realized I wasn't going to be able to Carry it all. The young man behind the concession counter carried half and walked me all the way to my seats to help hand out the items. I also love that this place still gives out refills. Not bad, not bad. I think all the components are there for a great theatre (reclining seats, beer on tap, wine available for purchase), but the execution is a little lacking. For one, the theatre itself is a little dirty looking -- perhaps that's more a reflection of the Hesperians who visit and leave their garbage everywhere. Second, there is alcohol available (beer and wine), but they didn't let me order beer for anyone but myself. So be warned: If you're going to buy a beer for your buddy, make sure your buddy is standing by you at the counter and he/she has an ID. Then they make you wear a wristband, which is kind of overkill, but it's probably because people have tried to abuse the alcohol privileges in the past. Why can't we just have nice things, people? Some of the things this theatre does right: They do offer a couple of locally made beers on tap, which is nice. The sound in the theatre was great, too. Also, there is plenty of parking, and the theatre is located near a nice park/civic center. read more

Multiple families complained to workers about Theater 10 but it didn't seem that anything was being done... just "we'll let mgmt know". It was hotter in the Theater than outside with the breeze. We should of just done the free movie in the Park instead of paying for a hot Theater. I had to leave 1 hr in to the 6:05pm showing tonight because of how hot it was. Absolutely ridiculous place. They don't allow you to bring your own water bottle (even sealed water bottles!) and they make you print out your online tickets. The weather was 100 degrees outside and we were very warm in the theater. The place wasn't clean at all. Do not recommend. read more

I'm sorry but the picture quality was terrible. The movie itself was a dark movie, but it was so dark you could barely make out any details. The overall picture was lacking and for that I could not enjoy the movie. I only came here because the Jess Ranch Cinemark was packed but I will definitely not be returning unless they fix the picture quality. read more
