Our 10 yr old Samsung stopped working and we contacted this company. Mr Do immediately responded and set up and appointment for us. He diagnosed the problem quickly ( a faulty inverter board) quoted us the repair price and ordered the part while on site. Really knows what he is doing - came and fixed my GE Monogram 4' Refrigerator. Other repair folks overcharged the fridge and it caused condensation to leak, they wanted to charge me $4000 for new compressor. Returning from vacation is never fun, but returning to find that your fridge is no longer cold and everything in your freezer is in a melted pool of water is even worse. Spoiler alert, it smelled disgusting. I immediately jumped on the Anaheim Hill Buzz to see if any of my neighbors had a local recommendation who could come immediately. I saw CJ pop up a few times with good recommendations so we gave him a shot. He was super responsive and after some back and forth via phone and text he was able to diagnose the issue. He knew exactly what parts he would need to fix the issue and went about ordering it immediately. Now me, being paranoid and wanting to make sure he was right - I asked him to come to check things out just in case I was dumb and somehow flipped off the cold switch or something. He agreed to come and check things out. CJ was professional and prompt with his arrival and after pulling the fridge out (solo - I am still impressed) and tinkering about he was able to confirm his suspicions. Our refrigerator went out on a Saturday morning. We called our normal repair person who came out mid that afternoon. After about 30 minutes, he said he didn't know enough about our model and get someone else. I looked through Yelp and found CJ Refrigeration. Called him and he came out in about an hour. He diagnosed the problem, also mentioned that it was a design flaw (he had worked for Sears for 10 years and was truly familiar with our Kenmore Elite). I called CJ to fix my fridge bc it wasn't cooling. He diagnosed and quickly found the problem. He was honest and only recommended the necessary repair which was very reasonable price. Since he seemed honest, I asked him to also look at my ice maker which was acting up. He told me the ice tray was old and leaking and offered to fix also at a low cost. I went ahead and did it since he already had the parts on hand. He did everything in under and hour and was very professional. Unfortunately, the ice machine was still leaking and creating one big block of ice in the tray. I called him out and he fixed it but this time it wasn't making any ice.
