I called multiple times and was given multiple dates that someone would be out to take a look at it. When someone finally came out to look at it they worked on it a while and stated it was fixed. within a few weeks it was leaking and loose again. I called in and was told they were waiting on am part to come in. When the technician was out they claimed it was fixed. The part finally came in and we set a time to install and no one showed up, this happened when he originally came out as well. After it was finally installed the seal looked all bunched up on the bottom and soon after it was leaking again. This time when I called in they stated the window was not able to be fixed and the owner would have to come out. Three dates and times were given and every time no communication and no owner. The owner finally came out and claims he does not think he could do anything to fix it and it will need a completely new window since the measurements were slightly off. He said he would look into some things and get back to me and that he couldn't just provide a new window since this was very expensive and custom. His team did the measurements. I have reached out to him every week for the part month with no response and this window has not been sealed for a year and a half resulting in significantly higher bills. The receptionist was friendly and thorough and said she have to have someone else verify if the glass I had could be cut. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered. Me being in my late 50's means I refuse to give $ to any business that treats customers like crap. The only good to come of my time at C&C was a free notepad and pen.
