Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). All they offered was their typical 30-day guarantee, something you get no matter what, and for someone to come back out to clean the mess.
