No hello, greetings or hey I was be right with you, nothing. I was there for over 40 mins waiting, two staff members there. One assisting the other only customer there, when i was there. And the other staff member kept leaving for long periods of time knowing I was there waiting. it took over an hour to get my tags renewed from waiting. I was better off going to the DVM to pay my tags.

It was such a hassle as AAA did not know how to transfer them and the DMV made a mistake on the sale/ transfer of my previous car. These guys took care of everything and I never had to step foot into a DMV. It took about a week to get everything fixed and I am so happy with my personalized plates registered correctly and on my car!! Two weeks later, I was shocked when they charged my account again; they claimed the previous payment had been for their service fees. Three months later, right after another payment, I received a notification that my insurance had been cancelled. A manager kept me on the line for an hour and a half, claiming the problem was that I hadn't submitted documents for my wife. What does my wife have to do with my insurance and car? She doesn't drive it; she doesn't even live with me. Why should my insurance coverage be terminated? When I asked about this, the representative said the issue is pending and promised to call back in a couple of hours. He didn't call back that day or the next. I contacted them today; they kept me on the line for two and a half hours, only to tell me at the end that my insurance agent would get back to me on Monday. I told them that wasn't acceptable--they had charged me and then cancelled the policy at their own discretion, without a single call, message, or warning! They simply took the money and walked away. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor , they said he would call back in half an hour, but no one ever did. Now I'm stuck at home until Tuesday--without food or water, since living in California makes it impossible to even go to the store without a car--and I have to miss work on Monday because they failed to fix the problem today. I deeply regret getting involved with them. I would highly recommend this company only to my enemies!

The cashier lady was friendly and greeted me upon entering. I asked her about the Yen and she informed me of the exchange rate information. The transaction was fast and easy. An error was made with the mileage on my vehicle, which can negatively affect its resale value. When I brought this to their attention, I was told to simply drive it an additional 10,000 miles to match what was entered on the registration. This is not an acceptable solution. There was a clear lack of communication and accountability and I was ultimately told to go to the DMV to correct the mistake. The entire reason I used this service was to avoid going to the DMV, and now I am required to do extra work when it was their mistake and I cannot drive my vehicle until this issue is resolved.
