I still have mold on the AC unit that my family is breathing in, a broomstick as a locking mechanism, the owner's mattress, and a washer and dryer that aren't working properly, and I am in no physical condition to put them out on the dirt floor of the house. It's unbelievable that the property manager would want such a beautiful neighborhood exposed to this type of behavior, yet the owner stated she would get the AC unit maintained in January and then disappear for 8 months, only to reappear with the heroes who come in, take pictures, and raise my rent. At the time we needed a place asap so we just did it not knowing what a horrible experience we were about to be a part of for over the next year. The constantly did not fix things appropriately and kept blaming all the issues on the home owner that to this day we aren't even sure was a real person. After our year lease was up, they notified us that the home owner wanted to move back into the home and they would not renew our lease. We found a new spot and I just happened to look up available homes and saw the house back on the rental sites managed by none other than the lying con-artists Soco Management. Cliff is a liar and a horrible person with zero integrity and his only concern is his money. How they treat their tenants is criminal and they should not be allowed to to do business as a management company. Save yourself from a horrible experience and stir clear of Soco Management. The property we rented from them was 4160 Brennan ave. Perris Ca. 92571 and was from 2018-2019.

She was offering many different suggestions, and trying to come up with a solution for me and finally said she'd have to call a manager (?) to find out if it was available. She explained that she would have to call me back the next day due to the time. I was actually expecting her to just say that they don't provide that and tell me to google it. But instead she was super friendly and charming on the phone, really trying hard to figure out how to help me. But I knew my request was clearly not something she'd been asked for before, and not a part of their day to day business, so when I hung up, I figured it was probably less than a 50% chance that I'd ever hear from her. Then I get an email from her at 5:20 the same day, that included the specific map that I was looking for! Dang! It's so refreshing to receive this kind of service and assistance in 2026. Sadly, this is a rare occurrence in the age of Google and AI. Even to just have a human answer the phone is remarkable these days, but then to be treated as if you're a guest in a 5 star hotel, and to have someone go out of their way to help you with a request that is not what they typically provide to their clientele...is kind of amazing.
