Not only were they friendly, personable, and professional, but they made me feel very comfortable and worked efficiently. I felt the cost of my glasses was reasonable considering the choices I made to upgrade everything and they were provided pretty quickly. I was told it might be 2 weeks, but they let me know my glasses arrived today, 9 days after I was seen. I've worn glasses for 60 years and have seen a lot of optometrists in that amount of time and I highly recommend Dr. Darcy Jones and the staff at CLASIK. read more

The doctor was kind and did a great job, and the staff was also friendly. However, as a larger man, I found the seating options uncomfortable. The chairs in the lobby and exam room where the tech saw me weren't sturdy enough for someone of my size, which made it difficult as I had to stand for long periods. A more robust, armless chair would be a great improvement. The only chair sturdy enough was where the doctor saw me. Unfortunately, they lost my Ray-Ban case, explaining that they've been having issues with the lab. If this is a known problem, I'm unsure why they took my case in the first place. Although they offered me other Ray-Ban cases, none were the size I originally had, so I ended up with a different one. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told I'd be notified when both were ready so I could pick them up together. When I arrived, only one pair was ready, which was inconvenient even though I live across the street. I think I'm going to try another place next year. read more

I cannot recommend this place higher! I've had vision care needs my whole life and have had eye care specialist from N.Y. to Atlanta to Queen Creek and they are the best! Dr. Brittany Warner was the most thorough Doctor I've had and their equipment is state of the art! Brittany was detailed and extremely friendly in her care and explanation of what was being reviewed. The team really stepped up. I was initially dissatisfied with some of the service, but the owner called me directly and they have been working with me ever since.They rescreened my eyes and are looking at all alternatives for different lenses but have assured me that I will get a full refund if they cant find a solution. They have also changed my lenses to the correct ones and I could not be more pleased. Sometimes when buying an existing company there are growing pains, but it seems that the team at Clasik is getting to a point where they are running like a well oiled machine. They did whatever possible to accommodate me and make sure that I walked away happy. My wife will be going in in the next week to get her prescription filled. Nice people who seem to know what they're doing. The assistant used all the cool eye machines on me. The doctor did all the usual doctor tests. I found some cool frames for my everyday eyewear and bought sun glasses in different frames. Love them both. I had a bit of a problem with the reading part of the sun glass lenses that they couldn't fix by tilting the glass a little so they replaced the lenses for free. Easy peasy! I'll return for my next pair in a year or two. Oh and COVID wise, they all wear masks, they sanitize a lot (even asked me to wash my hands before they started anything) and the place is very clean. read more

I was happy to find Vision care close to my home until I walked in the office... The main desk was a mess of disarray. I even mentioned that it looks like they need more room. They said a new desk & shelves were to come. This satisfied me but walking into the actual exam room made me realize the whole office was a mess. The doctor... A strange man with little to no people skills. I was a bit confused because it was the 1st exam I've had where I was not asked to dialate my eyes nor did I get the test of the puff of air in my eyes. I asked a question at the end of the exam & he literally made me feel like an annoying toddler for asking a question. I stopped him & said never mind. No use questioning anything with his odd attitude. The good point of the visit was the pleasant ladies that helped me pick out my glasses & explain insurance coverage. They were truly delightful & I appreciated their normalcy and kindness. Needless to say, there are far too many ophthalmologists out there to choose from with better bedside manner. Also never had anyone help me find frames before and it was so helpful.....usually have to wander around picking out frames and going back and forth but she pulled several frames and I found one I loved quickly. read more

We are $600 out of pocket for glasses that they have sent back to their lab 3 times now and the prescription is still not right. called and asked to schedule another appointment and was told no to call their other office and speak to a manager. worst experience every. read more

My daughter went here to get glasses. She is 19 and this was her first time going without a parent. The staff made sure to up-sell her in every possible way and got several hundred dollars from her above her insurance coverage. The first pair they gave her has the bifocal up to high in her lenses and are obviously a problem. The second pair "got lost in the mail." The third pair has the wrong prescription and the lenses are not secure in the frames. After 3 failed attempts my daughter asked for a refund and was told they have to check with the insurance to refund on faulty product. When I called to follow up, the office girl and owner were both very rude and refuse to do the right thing. I would think twice before trusting your vision to these people. read more

This place is exceptional. I went to a medical clinic in San Tan valley. Clasik Vision was there and check my eyes, gave me a voucher for a free pair of glasses, lenses and frames, and eye exam. The previous 'owner' optometrist was not good at all. I was never going back until I was notified that the practice had been purchased by these two new doctors. This morning, I have an eye emergency. I called the office and went through the robo menu getting to an option to notify them if I have an emergency. I left my message and immediately received a text telling me to call again during regular business hours OR return the text with an outline of my problem (my phone is 12 years old and does NOT allow return texts). Now, I have the whole weekend to wait to find out if I have a detached retina. Truly horrible customer/patient service. read more

Veterans (and everyone) beware. If I could give this business less than zero stars, I would. It takes Herculean efforts to get the Department of Veterans Affairs to approve me getting eyecare close to my home. I finally got it done. Tricare called Clasik Vision with the authorization. I was originally scheduled for 530PM on a Tuesday. Clasik Vision staff called me a week out and said that time did not work for the doctor and asked if I would come in the day prior (Veterans day as it happened). I arrived early for my appointment on Veterans day, but the Clasik Vision staff informed me that my authorization from Tricare had the wrong date. Thus, they said they could treat me but I would have to pay out of my own pocket. I countered that they could indeed treat me and not charge me at all since they should have ensured everything was correct on the authorization before even calling me the week before. Why should I be punished for their mistake? I am now a truck driver and all my loads were rescheduled so I could make my appointment. I lost a lot of money. If I were to reschedule another time, I would have to reschedule my loads again and lose money all over again. I explained all this to the entire staff and even the doctor and they would not budge. They would not even acknowledge they screwed up. These people have no regard for veterans. Not for what we have gone through already, nor for what we continue to endure to get approval to be seen by local providers. They just want money and without it, they are not going to bend over backwards to atone for their own mistakes. Rather, they prefer to take advantage of veterans. Pretty low. I take comfort knowing there is a special place in Hell for healthcare providers who take advantage of those who serve. Avoid this place. If these people will do that to the most disadvantaged of our society, they will definitely do it to you. All of this review is truthful, and verifiable. I have the phone records and copies of the authorization. The treatment I received was nothing short of vicious and cruel. Avoid them. read more
