If you care about the value of your vehicle, you better not bring it here! I accidentally damaged the side of my father's truck when I made a turn too tight and rubbed a pole which was sticking out too far onto the street, scraping the bedside. I chose them because I mistakenly believed they were the best. Before I even discuss the lousy quality of work they did, we spoke to them beforehand and they promised discretion if we paid cash out of pocket, no insurance involvement, and we were clear on that, so we paid cash in full. Fast forward a few years later, my father wants a new truck, so he goes to the dealership and they say there's an accident on record. We were wondering how that's possible, so they show us the Carfax and there it is, the damage Classic Auto "fixed". After saying it would be repaired with discretion, they turn around and stab us in the back, greatly devaluing the truck. I don't understand how anyone can trust a business that so blatantly lies and causes further issues with their customers. Why would anyone bring their vehicle here knowing that you're going to turn around and report even the slightest bit of damage to insurance and devalue their vehicle??? To lie and stab a customer in the back like that is disgusting and unprofessional. On top of that, the work was subpar! The paint was not a great match, one was clearly able to see the difference in the bed of the truck as opposed to the cab, especially in the sun. I've seen work from other shops where the paint was such a good match, you couldn't tell the difference from the repaired panel to the original panel right next to it. For the money I paid, I expected much better. I could have brought it just about anywhere else and paid less, elsewhere probably would have done a better job too, and they wouldn't have turned around and reported it to the insurance company when it was agreed they wouldn't. This is a dirty, deceitful shop, anybody would be a fool to bring their vehicle here. I only wish I knew how bad this place was ahead of time. Future customers, you are warned, if you want lousy mismatched paintwork, come to Classic Auto! Good luck trying to get decent resale value for your vehicle when you try to sell it or trade it in, because no matter what Classic Auto tells you or how you pay, they'll make sure insurance knows and your vehicle history will be ruined. read more

I am so thankful to everyone at Classic Auto Body!! Today my car started to overheat on the highway and I drove to a safe place to pull over. When I stopped I saw Classic and on a whim, walked in to see if they could help me (the alternative would have been a tow to a dealership where I would have to wait hours for an appointment). As soon as I walked in, they got my car right up on a lift, diagnosed the problem, started working on it and helped me get a rental. It's quite sad that I had to download the yelp app just so i can leave a review. I called to speak to someone about a part. I was RUDELY told by a woman "WRONG NUMBER!!!" And then she hung up. I called back to simply explain that it's possible that I was saying the name wrong and could I just speak to someone else. Instead she kept picking up (without saying hello. Just silence) and hanging up. I called another place who went above and beyond to help me and my simple question. I would hate to see what customer service from this woman would be like for a person that walks in. She gives this establishment a bad name. We are on our third repair with Classic, and they are the best. Luis is taking good care of us and our car with good advice ("this car is not safe to drive," and "have your daughter do a defensive driving class"), over and above service (a free tow), and fair prices. He gave me an estimate on the spot, whereas another body shop emailed me hours later, when we needed to make a quick decision as to whether or not to claim against our insurance on Christmas eve. Classic's estimate was better than theirs, anyway. The last car we had repaired there actually ran better than before the accident after we got it back from Classic! read more
