I called Thursday and spoke with Eric, who told me it would be done by the end of the day or Friday because they had just received the part. I called again Friday, and once again I was told it would be done by the end of the day or Saturday morning. At that point, I told Eric that he had now given me essentially the same timeframe three times. Instead of acknowledging the delays or simply apologizing, he gaslit me and acted as if the conversations had never happened. When I pointed out that they record their calls and asked him to go back and listen to the conversation, he said he was not able to access it. What I don't appreciate is being repeatedly given a timeframe, making arrangements based on that information, and then being told something different each time I call, followed by having the conversation denied. I'm a single mom, and being without my car for nearly a week was extremely difficult. A little honesty, communication, and accountability would have gone a long way. I will never take my car here again, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your car back "kwik."

After reading the reviews of several local towing companies near Forth Worth during the day, I called the phone number for "Fort Worth Towing" (https://fwtow.com/auto-towing-services/) at 3:20pm for a tow request in NE Ft Worth. The towing job was for 2.3 miles (yes, a little more than 2 miles). The Company rep committed to arrival in "about 45 minutes - maybe a little less". I confirmed with the rep that meant about 4:10pm and hung up. I called for an update at 4:35pm and was told the driver would arrive in "about 20-25 minutes". Again I repeated their estimated time of arrival and confirmed this meant they would arrive no later than 5:00pm. I called back at 5:15pm to request an update and was put on hold for almost 15 minutes. Finally, a lady answered and indicated the driver would "be there in 10-15 minutes". So, given the prior calls, I repeated the prior estimated arrival times and their failure to meet their commitments. It was now 5:30pm and the mechanic shop where my vehicle was to be dropped off closed at 5:30 which means my vehicle will not be able to be dropped off today. I express my dissatisfaction and ask which firm she's representing (the Forth Worth Towing website says dba Delta Towing) and the lady says some new towing company named Bomar Towing is on the way. I asked to speak with a manager and she asked if I want to cancel the tow request. I said I NEED to cancel now that the mechanic's shop is closed for the day, but I reminded her that the original gentleman who answered the phone stated there would be a $49 cancellation fee if towing was cancelled. I told the lady that I now need to cancel (since the towing destination site is closed), but that I had better not be charged a cancellation fee for their firm's scheduling errors. She says she needs to visit with someone else about the cancellation fee and places me on hold again. After 10 minutes on hold, she disconnects the line without providing an update. It's now 6:20pm and I've been talking with this poorly run company for 3 hours which is 2 hours after the original estimated arrival time. After 3 hours, the tow truck never showed, none of the 5 individuals I spoke with took any responsibility for the handling of the situation, and no one has confirmed that I will not be charged for their scheduling errors - and I still don't have my vehicle over to the mechanic. BUYER BEWARE. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself time, money and don't jeopardize the safety of your family/friends. This group is not trustworthy and should be avoided if you care about your safety and getting your vehicle from point A to point B. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere to a group of people who will follow through on their word and actually provide the service you request when an urgent need arises. **UPDATE - as of the next morning (7/7/26), I see the company is attempting to charge me for $134.10 for a towing service that they never sent and even exceeds the $49 "cancellation fee" that they brought on themselves! We had it towed there Monday afternoon, they called to let us to let us know that the vehicle arrived! We also informed them that we would like to have an oil change and emissions check added to the services and they were happy to oblige. They informed us that it would be roughly Wednesday at the latest for completion. On Wednesday morning I received an invoice via text to review the itemized invoice! followed up shortly by a call from the owner ensuring I got the invoice and that everything looked accordingly (his estimated price quote) was highly accurate ...very satisfied! I was able to pick up my vehicle shortly there after with no subsequent issues just in and out!We are extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism, honesty, prices, mechanical repairs, efficiency and timely service & delivery! It hasn't been drivable since November 2024, which was 9 months ago. Kia agreed to repurchase this vehicle in February and has dragged their feet at every step. At one point, customer care told me the process was completed. At this point, Kia owes me over $20k and I will be finding an attorney. I tried to work with Kia in good faith but they don't want to do the same. Avoid Kia/Hyundai EVs, they are broken and the dealers will lie to your face. Look up Kia / Hyundai ICCU recalls and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
