To make things worse, at one point we even locked the keys inside the car. It was one of those days you just don't forget. The entire team stepped up in a huge way. They helped us get the car unlocked, made multiple trips to the parts store, and even stayed late past closing on a Sunday evening just so we could get back on the road and make it home that night. They were so patient and kind with us -- especially with our kids -- which meant more than they probably realize during such a stressful day. What really surprised me was the bill at the end. With all the extra effort and the situation we were in, they absolutely could have charged a fortune. Instead, the price was more than fair and honestly much less than I expected. The next week we took the car back only to be told that the rotors were fine and that Marcus was fired for lying about car issues just to generate profit for the shop. I was completely shocked. As we were about to leave another rep told us "I was the one who changed the front brakes and rotors, it does need it." We told this rep that we were just told the opposite!
