I actually initially thought I would go with them because I really liked the rep I was speaking with and their pricing seemed reasonable. However, I didn't get to see the windows in person, so when I later met with Shawn from Window World and experienced the full in-home demo with actual samples, that made a big difference in helping me feel confident in my decision. From the start, Shawn Smith was friendly, personable, and most importantly--he listened. He gave me options instead of pushing a single product, and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in a way that made the decision process much easier. The ordering process was also very smooth and fast from manufacture through installation scheduling. The only delay on my end was HOA approval, since I live in a condo. The installation coordinator, Yolla, was absolutely amazing--honestly one of the sweetest people I've ever worked with during a home project. She kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Pablo and his partner, were efficient, professional, and friendly. There was an issue with the sliding glass door upon delivery--scratches were noticed before installation. I really appreciated that Yolla proactively called me ahead of time rather than bringing it out and discovering it on-site. She immediately arranged a rush replacement order, which I felt was handled very professionally. Overall, everything turned out great. The windows look fantastic, the screens are practically invisible, and I had five windows plus a small sliding glass door installed. Started working with Jenny and Queena to get quotes. Found out their labor charge wasn't a fat rip off compared to others so decided to let them do the installation also. Bryan came, did all the final measurements and answered all my questions/concerns. No nonsense sales 101 pitches, no pushing any sense of urgency to get us to rush and sign right then and there etc. We got the window roughly 4 weeks after ordering (they estimated 4-6 weeks). Job took around 2 days. 3 people came and they really respected the house. I'm talking shoe covering when entering indoors, cleaning up after themselves after each window, and just basic decency when working on a house with a family already residing there. Pictures for the installations can speak for itself but overall, happy with the workmanship. Their quote for material and labor was 15-30% cheaper than similar competitors (I'm talking respectable brands.. Milgard trinsic/tuscany, Anlin catalina etc of course if you go no namer china brand with a handy man installer.... then yeah that's the different topic) and in my opinion, we're not sacrificing anything in terms of quality. They are also licensed and have liability insurance for their workers.. so that helps put our minds at ease. Already sent their contact to a few other friends who were waiting for my project result. Fun back Story: I actually started window shopping around May 2026 and reached out to a few highly rated window companies. They came with their sales deck and gave extremely high quotes. Eventually decided to just DIY since retrofitting is actually not hard at all... I reached out to Anlin directly to purchase windows. However, Anlin said they can't sell to me direct and sent me to one of their authorized dealers "Preferred Pacific Construction". From there, Preferred Pacific Construction gave me a quote for just the windows - which was very reasonable. By chance, I asked them how much labor would be and the price they gave me was actually very reasonable. So i decided to just have them install it instead! They didn't even ask me to leave a yelp review. They were probably confident that their good work would naturally lead to future recommendations :) .

The process to get a quote and order our windows was quick. What was I would even label as unsatisfactory was the communication after giving the first deposit. I was often the one reaching out to the company to confirm my payment was received and to follow up on an appointment for a tech to do final measurements. Also on the day of installation, our technician never showed up and once again I was the one reaching out to the company to ask where he was to which they didn't know either. Turned out he was not coming due to personal issues but never informed the company. That was very disappointing not to mention unprofessional. I was quickly rescheduled but not until another week. The new technician did a great job installing the windows. He was on time, quick and cleaned up the mess of the old windows.
