She told me that they had available slots right now and she gave me over to Suely. Suely was very claim, easy going and very Funny older lady. She talked to me while giving the service. She explained her background to me and how she started this process. this lady has been in business for over 25 years so I knew she would be great. And that she was! They had always sanitized in between waxing's, but they now sanitize in between every customer who sits in the eye brow chairs too. Unlike most places, the staff here always wears their masks OVER their nose! Their waxing and eyebrow services are very reasonable and they do an amazing job! So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.

Slightly disappointing experience overall. I had a Groupon, and when I called to make an…read moreappointment, the woman told me not to buy the Groupon and they would honor the Groupon price. That's no problem for me, since Groupon takes 50%, and that's crazy. The Groupon was for a Power (50$ retail) OR a Signature facial (30$ retail), and I wasn't given an option at the studio-- I was provided the signature facial, which was about the same price as the Groupon, save $5. Here are the descriptions on their website: WTS Power Facial (Chair) WTS power facial is ideal for those on the go. Your skin is cleansed, lightly exfoliated, and gently massaged. A pore-refining mask is applied, followed by a veil of light moisturizer. Recommended for all skin types. $30 ​(20 min) WTS Signature Facial (Chair) WTS signature facial includes a cleansing, exfoliation, light massage, followed by a steam and head relaxing therapy $50 ​(25-30 mins)* So that was dissapointing. Also, when I arrived, Nikki, the service provider was at the front and no one was there. I told her about my appointment, and she left to go talk to the manager. About 5-minutes later, the manager (maybe owner) and another woman, and Nikki appear and sort of surround me. The manager says, "You would like the (something) facial much better. It is so much better than the facial you have. It is much more relaxing. You have your own room." Then she pauses and says, "It is only, um, 30 dollars more." Girl, do I look rich? I came in with a Groupon. Please. If I'm going to spend a lot for a facial, I'm not going there anyway. I don't like to waste the minimal money I do have. Hence, Groupon. The upselling did not stop unfortunately. The facial itself (which I can't really put into words what it was)-- after consulting with the manager, Nikki goes into the back, and comes back rolling a cart. There was a tray with a bowl of water, and three wands with different creams on them. There was absolutely no consultation or form to indicate any issues with skin. When I was done, (Nikki, who legit did the best job she could given extreme supervision by the manager), I had not even opened my eyes, and the manager exclaimed, "Did you nap? Was it so relaxing?" OMG, she was the most annoying person ever. Just chill out and let people have a good time without feeling pressure to do something for you. I told her I wasn't napping, and my eyes were closed because it was a facial. (Do people keep their eyes open during a facial?) I checked out. She honored the Groupon price (which was basically the same price as the facial anyway), and then, if she couldn't be more pushy and rude, says to me, "Will you write a review?" I said, yes, I will. She then says, "Okay, can you do it right now? I'll show you the site and how to do it." (She wanted me to write a Google review). I told her I know how to write a review, and I will do it later. Egads. This is a franchise. Hopefully the owner/manager or whoever can be better trained on customer service. The person that did my facial was wonderful and very awesome.
