I must say any business deserves a second chance, but I highly discourage anyone from going here after giving them a second try. I paid for a no chip manicure the first time and the product started chipping within a few days. I decided to give them another try this time a manicure and pedicure. After paying over $90 and leaving a $10 tip, the product chipped again within 3 days. All of my nails on both hands had chipped. They were very rude and unprofessional and refused to give me any portion of my manicure monies back which is a horrible business practice. My normal nail place is an hour away so I thought I would try Classy Nails for just some simple services. Ben was just overall unpleasant. I had to repeat three times that my friend wanted a standard manicure, not no chip. I came with to just get my no chip taken off and have my nails trimmed down, and throughout the entire experience he kept trying to upsell me on dipping powder or other services, even when I stated firmly that I just wanted bare nails for awhile. The actual service wasn't great, there are small bits of no chip still on my nails that I chipped off on my own and they were filed unevenly. My friend's basic manicure was horrible, she came home just to take all the polish off and redo it on her own. We were the only ones in the salon and we were rushed through as if the place was packed, with no attention to detail. The worst part was when I went to pay, he got upset that I used my card instead of cash, and even asked me to check my wallet again for cash. It's not posted anywhere that they only take cash or prefer cash, so his attitude when I handed him my card caught me off guard and completely ruined whatever was left of the experience for me. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Unless you get a gel or a dipping powder, they treat you like trash. Not exactly what I would call classy. read more

Salon is very clean and welcoming. Did not have appointment and was able to be take right away. Had a dip done. At the end noticed a lot of polish on my skin, told that happens a lot with shorter nails. I explained never happened at other places, he tired to fix it but has another lady fix it :)Once in the car noticed a lot of imperfections and bubble here and there on the nails. I feel like my daughters polish was better than my dip :( read more

OK... I'm a MATURE gentleman who has only gone to a spa for a manicure and pedicure once before so I can't rely on a lot of experience. However, my toenails and fingernails were looking like something out of a horror movie. On an impulse I called and was immediately taken in for a manicure and pedicure. The facility was immaculate and it was a very relaxing and soothing experience. My technician Tiffany was extremely understanding and helpful. At first, I was overwhelmed by the mindboggling number of choices to be made but Tiffany was very patient with me a helped guide me without pushing unnecessary or expensive options. I ultimately decided to put myself into Tiffany's capable hands. She did not disappoint me and when finished I was totally amazed at the near miraculous transformation. I have now discovered the secret that women have kept to themselves and I will be a regular customer of Tiffany's and Classy Nails. read more

Update: They are currently closed on Sundays. I used to work down the street from this shop so when I drove past the area and noticed the grand opening sign, I had to check it out. Turns out they have been opened for about 4 months now. Today after work I decided to stop in without an appointment. They were not busy and were able to take me right away. They are located across Yorktown mall in Lombard off of Highland avenue in a strip mall next to Potbellys, SmartChoice MRI, anytime Fitness and Performance bicycle shop. I went for a no chip mani and basic pedi ($70 for both). I had Tom work on my toes and Ken work on my hands. Both were very nice, personable, social and did a fantastic job on my nails. I loved the decor, ambience and the cleanliness of the shop. I have been to many many nail salons and hate to say it but I'm kind of a nail salon snob. I will drive out of my way for a good nail salon and this place is on my list of top 3. I will only go to the modern, beautiful, clean (appearance is important!) salons that use liners on their pedi tubs. I was so relaxed during my pedicure (their massage chairs are excellent!), that I fell asleep for a few minutes. I would love to keep this place my secret but it's only right to share my wonderful experience with others. read more

I normally go to a Classy Nails in Orland Park and love it but a group of us (5) had a reservation here on Saturday June 16 for a pre wedding celebration. We were the only ones there but our service was horrible! We had made arrangements to bring in wine and they told us they would have plastic cups. We got ready for our pedis and asked for cups and they said they would get them. Now we were all seated and still no cups. We asked numerous times and the employees would leave the room and come back empty handed. We were halfway done with our pedis before cups arrived. It was the shortest and worst pedicure I've ever had. No discount for having both mani/pedi and we all had to ask before we were given the 10% off we were promised for a group. read more

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this nail spot. I am still pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the entire place because I am used to rinky-dink nail salons that have questionable sanitary practices. I had to use the restroom when I first walked in and I can honestly say it was just as clean and smelled just as good as my own bathroom at home. Again, another spot in a nail place that you usually question the sanitation, but not here! Finally got a pedicure for the first time here. They took their time, did a good job, and even turn off the light for you when it's time for the massage. They know how to cater to their customers and I actually wanted to tell the owner myself how I love this place and to keep up the good work but I didn't know who that was. Hopefully, I can meet him/her the next time. I paid $70 for a pedicure and no-chip manicure. It seems just a little steep, but you are paying for the extras they give you, like the nice neck/back massage at the end of your nail appt. I got my nails done here yesterday, I went here because the nail salon I previously went to moved. I thought this place was great. My nails looked better than ever, the atmosphere was calming and the people were lovely. This is not your typical "factory" nail place. It is more "classy" a little bit more expensive but worth it. A lot of places, I.e. Hinsdale, Clarendon Hillswere twice as expensive (I checked).. I don't see how they could have done a better job. They are hidden away in Lombard in the Patio shopping center. read more

Love this place! So clean, calm, and nice! Ben is amazing and always does a perfect job. They always use new tools, as well as wrap the foot bath so you know it's fresh and clean. If you go to this nail salon be prepared to pay $5 for everything you ask for. They try to up sell you at the door and if you don't buy what their selling it's nothing but attitude. I asked for the woman to shape my nails rounded and she said it was going to be an additional $5. I initially said no because I wasn't paying additional money for something that is standard in every nail salon I've been. The nail technician then proceeded to shape my nails squared just to be spiteful. I was with my daughter in law as we were there getting mani- pedi"s for my wedding on Saturday so I didn't want this woman to ruin our time together, so I paid the extra $5 for this tech to shape my nails to my liking. The tech was rude. They had No soap to wash my hands and she had an attitude. The pedicure was less than average. Different people doing the pedicure and they acted like we were a bother. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had, and I don't mean this as a good thing. The time with my daughter in law is priceless to me so I'm not letting this horrible experience take away from our time together. I would never recommend this place to anyone! The first time I came here I thought the name fits the place well. The salon is clean and well decorated. The pedicure room is a relaxing oasis and the massage chairs are the best. This is the first salon I've been to that is so relaxing I don't even want to be on my phone scrolling Instagram or Pinterest... I'm in a pure blissful state. Went here for the first time for a no chip mani and pedi. Very clean and somewhat friendly. The pedi was ok. The no chip mani looks like a first grader painted my nails. Too many layers of polish so it looks and feels lumpy . Color on my finger that she said would wash off instead of removing it. My nails were unevenly filed. When I asked for it to be fixed she did fix some of my concerns but started talking about me to her co-worker in a language I could not understand. $95 and I'm not happy at all. Interior is modern and clean, prices are reasonable, but the best part is the lengths they go for hygiene. I watched Kim open the utensils from the sealed package (like what you'd find at a dental office) so I know that the tools were actually clean and not just washed in dish soap. The spa is brand new and is beautiful inside. The staff was friendly and I did not have to wait. I got the hot stone pedicure and I recommend it to anyone who wants to pamper themselves. I didn't get the technician's name, but she was very skilled. I have recurring issues with the edges of my nails growing in, which is why I get professional pedicures regularly.
