Nails was extremely impatient with her and pretty much I paid for a $30 for a Manny and peddi (kids) for her not to even cut her nails or even clean them pretty much put them in a tub, put lotion and painted them. I kept asking her to put quick dry which was ignored. And not only that they messed up three times, the owner literally was standing over my daughter grabbed a piece of paper like it was gonna make the polish dry. We still left with a janky job. Working with kids it's pretty common to use a quick dry since they move a lot but not only that I paid 30 dollars for not even my kids nails not to even be cut or cleaned.

The lady doing my toes was so sweet & was trying to work with my chipped toes. The French tip almost seemed impossible because of my toes but I knew that coming in. Lauren (owner) overheard our conversation about my chipped toe nails, & kindly offered her help. She stepped in & was extremely thorough in making sure they looked "perfect" and to her standards. Her attention to detail was heartwarming. She also took the opportunity to lovingly help mentor her staff and guide them on how to work around my broken nails. It was nice to see how an owner kindly treated her staff and guests I'm not from around here but my boyfriend's family is.
