I wish I could give 0 stars. We had a terrible experience here. We were pressured into getting gel x nails when we said multiple times we wanted acrylic. The service took 2.5 hours for myself and my niece at the same time. I had no design just gel color. The results were terrible and instead of fixing they gave $5 off. They were the absolute worst nails I've ever had. Multiple feel off after a few days, 4 of them were crooked and 2 of them weren't dried correctly and bubbled and peeled. I am not sure how they have stayed open at the Pruneyard. read more

Rosie is my go-to and she does a great job, while making my time there a relaxing experience. I took my daughter here for a pedicure after we had lunch at the Rock Bottom Brewery, for her Birthday. She had a wonderful experience and excellent nail technician Tiffany, which provided a great message, evenly shaped nails and beautiful polish. Thank goodness!! Me on the other hand didn't have the greatest nail technician and when I asked to have my foot scrubbed a bit more, I was ignored. Before polishing I once again pointed out the dead, dried skin on my foot, only to have her attempt to remove the bare minimum and still left with dried, dead skin on my feet. Not happy! However, I did the Classy thing and still tipped her 10.00. Hope she feels good about her work and treats the next customer better. Too many other nail salons close by to spend my time and money! Do not go here. My first experience wasn't so great - I asked for stiletto repeatedly but was still given almond. Oh well, let it go. Yesterday I asked for coffin cut. The woman butchered my nails, making them square. I had to wait for her husband to "fix" it and he did not listen when I told him the nails were different lengths. Did I mention this all took over an hour and a half? I have a discount card due to working in proximity. He did not give me proper discount when really he should've given me a discount for butchering my nails. This morning I wake up (without doing anything warranting my nails to be damaged) and the polish is peeling off my index finger. I will never go there again. If they were open today I would attempt to have them fix it for free but I am content to never go there again. read more

I've been going to Classy Nails for at least 10 years. Owners are always friendly. Rosie does a great job on my nails.

The base price was $18 for a regular manicure. I can understand that it's a bit higher because the salon is located in the Pruneyard. I found their single wall of nail polish choices limited; it was the same repeated shades (mostly dark red/blues/purple tones, iirc). I wanted a metallic green and it wasn't available. I chose a bright sparkly blue from the nail samples they gave me, but the actual color they were able to offer me was a dark blue. The ladies working there were very polite and accommodating, and I thought the lady doing my nails took good care of my cuticles and didn't hurt anything. However, my hand massage wasn't a massage at all. She just rubbed lotion on my hand. My biggest complaint is the result of my manicure. The edges of the paint job were messy. The polish didn't extend far down enough and my nails looked stubby like they had already started growing out. My friend next to me got a real hand massage and her nails looked great, so it's definitely possible to get a good experience here. I'm disappointed that I didn't, though. read more

The workers here are so nice and really take care of their clients. I recommend booking an appointment so you don't wait a long time, but once you're in the nail technicians take care of you. Came to Classy Nails a couple weeks ago and I have to say these guys are super professional and kind. It must have been a crazy day when I decided to go but I saw it all here. From one lady who was kinda all over the place to another who was completely rude and just plain nasty to the workers here. They kept it completely professional the whole time with both ladies. Along with maintaining the other customers they had in store. They really deserve more than a 5 star rating. Fast forward to two weeks later I needed to come back and received the same service. They really are amazing people here who are not only kind to their customers but do an amazing job at what they do. While nothing was absolutely awful, this place just isn't worth the money they are charging. I got a pedicure. She got shellac nail polish all over my foot and never even attempted to clean it up and when we asked her to, it seemed she either didn't hear, understand, or care and just walked away. The "sugar scrub" is a hot orange, super artificial, cheap product that she barely even scrubbed with. It's also one of those places where they are cleaning the bowl with a scrub brush and strong smelling cleaning products before you even have a chance to get out of the chair. There was virtually no massaging, very little exfoliating, and hardly anything to make this a relaxing experience. They literally put hand sanitizer on the yellow object for exfoliating, just before rubbing it momentarily on your foot. Once again, nothing egregious, but given how many places for nails in the vicinity (including one very close by in the same plaza) that are virtually the same price, I would take a pass on this one. read more

There is nothing classy about my nails. I came in on a whim because I was shopping nearby and desperately needed a fill. Unfortunately, I wasted $50 on the worst fill ever. Based on my recent, only experience, Classy Nails deserves four stars. I peeked in and thought that a $25 pedicure was slightly steep, but given the location and okay reviews, thought it was worth me not driving in rush hour traffic home. The gals sat me in a pedi chair and soak for some odd ten minutes before someone got started on my feet which left me wondering if I should have driven down the street to a higher rated place. However, once the pedicure started, service lasted well over forty-five minutes (granted, it was a Monday evening...) and the massage was HEAVENLY. The nail tech spent most of her time on the massage, actually, giving each toe deserved attention. Though she could have cleaned deeper into the sides of the nail beds, she was super gentle and really careful even during the painting process. The store itself was really clean and the television placed directly in front of the pedi chairs (which gave a good back kneading). The color selection here sucks -- few OPI, mostly China Glaze and an off brand. They do take credit cards and tips accepted via plastic. Lastly, during my pedi someone came in to get their gel manicure re-done -- apparently it hadn't set correctly and the color started warping. Pedicures, yes! Manicures, maybe not. read more

I returned to Classy Nails again few weeks after my initial visit. My experience from this visit is even better than my last visit. Didnt think it was possible. I walked in and immediate was greeted by "how may I help you" and a lady even came over and helped me picked a color. That lady is Kim, then Kim proceed to make me feel comfortable with her warm upbeat attitude and gentle touch. Very soon- I fell asleep while getting massage on my hands/arms and calfs. This tells me that they did NOT skimp on the time or effort to help me achieve a deep state of relaxation. Wow, I've never fell asleep while getting a massage from mani/pedi. Got a pedicure 2 weeks ago here. It was ok, nothing special. But went to my regular place today because both my big toes and the toes next to them hurt. 4 ingrown toe nails between 4 toes. 4!!!! She obviously didn't cut my toenails correctly as I have never had a problem with ingrown nails before. It was so painful to get them removed. I'm back to Emily's nail salon. I love coming here to do my nails seriously I am so picky with my nails. I have gone to a lot of nail places and this place is by far the best place to get your nails done. All the workers take their time to make sure you are satisfied with the shape of your nail and I like how they ask you how long you want your nails. They have massage chairs if you get a pedicure. They also massage your hands if you get a manicure which is a plus. I always get the shellac gel nail which they have a lot of colors to choose from. After some mimosas at OCK, I convinced my guy friend to get a pedicure with me. We didn't have an appointment but hoped for the best. Thankfully they were able to take us despite being almost at capacity. Upon entering the store, you'll notice right away that it's not some fancy nail salon. The interior and decor definitely seemed a bit outdated, but nothing that looked questionable. What I was really impressed with right off the bat was their excellent customer service. Their employees were all genuinely nice and even joked along with the fact that it was my friend's first ticklish pedicure. I went in to get a full acrylic set about 3 weeks ago after my current set finally gave way due to my nail salon closed due to covid. Was so happy to find their unique set up outside. The asian gentleman was available and I'm so happy he was! He did a great job (I'm so picky!) and took his time to apply the tips correctly. He spoke English very well and we were able to hold a conversation about the 2020 shitshow. I'm a bit reserved, but I was comfortable and surprisingly chatty with him! I will defend be back for my fills. I'm on mid-week 4 and I have no problems which is surprising since I'm so hard on my nails. I like the people here, this isbky second time here, the owner is super nice and my first visit was good. so I feel a bit bad writing this but there is a couple things I must note from my latest visit that i hope the owner wi read and fix. 1. The gel I chose, felt like a false advertisement. I essentially chose from the nail sample color set, this one was a dark purple with some foil coating, looked super pretty and that's what I wanted. Near the end I noticed no foil coating, to which they said it would be 5 dollars extra per finger to do that. I really wish they told me the foil top was not a part of the deal when I picked it, otherwise I would have went for something else. So I was a bit disappointed and ended up not getting the foil. 2. The instruments for nail salons should always be sanitized after use from what I understand otherwise there is a risk of infection, however the lady that did my nails opened what I thought was a clean pack, I didnt question it, but after she was done with my nails got a new sanitary pack opened it and placed the instruments inside it..and resealed it. almost like it was just for show and not sanitized. This made me feel a bit uneasy. Especially since she cut my finger pretty deep on the pinky and now I have to make sure it's not going to be infected. (Its not, I made sure to clean the wound when I got home) It was late and close to their closing time, so maybe it was just a last min fix for them, but I really think those 2 things need to be fixed before I consider returning. read more

This one just happens to be smack dab in the center of the Pruneyard, which means if you find good parking it could bring you to tears. Small selection of nail colors. Although I wasn't getting a pedi, they didn't have the cool chair/foot spas so that's a negative. They did have a flat screen TV that I was having fun watching until one of the women (I suspect it was the owner) starting yapping on the phone, at ear piercing volumes, in her native language.
