I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I love that the pedicures are detailed. They really work on the cuticles and they put effort into the massages. The only thing that I would improve on is the massage chairs. They do nothing for me. They also paint the toe nails all the way to the edge. They are more expensive compared to other places though.

Cat eye nail polish with polka dot design

As someone who recently started to get my nails done, I have found my go to spot! If you want to find someone, find Helen! I come and get my nails done less than 1 hour and the end results are beautiful. Builder gel + cat eye design + other design came out to $65!

I had high hopes for my first visit since there are decent reviews. I came at a busy time & it was pretty warm inside. I assured my tech I wanted a regular pedicure, but she kept persuading me to do gel. I showed her an inspo pic, which she said was only available for gel & gave me the regular samples. I picked a color but she still said it was better for gel. I was confused since I thought that was the whole reason why she gave me the specific book. I ended up settling for a completely different color which triggered her to ask for the pic & to look again. I did really like the color she found, but it shouldn't have taken this much back & forth confusion. Overall the whole appt felt rushed & wasn't evenly painted read more

Omni has been my go-to nail spot for 7 years now and I love this place. It's been a part of my beauty routine for so long and I thoroughly enjoy going here to get my nails done. The staff in here are incredible - so nice and kind and extremely hard working. The selection of nail polishes and finishes (chrome, cat eye, etc.) is incredible and I can always find something I like here. They do a fantastic job and my manicures and pedicures last 3 weeks! Also the Omni pedicure is my favorite thing ever!! You won't regret going to Omni :) read more

Update: The owner reached out and expressed how sorry she was and that she would refund me. She was very kind and seemed sincere. I contacted her and she did refund me back in cash and so I'm appreciative of that. They were very busy when I went in with all the pedicure seats taken and she was urging me to come back for a pedicure. I think I will! I removed the pictures as well. Previous review: Came in for impromptu underarm wax since I was going on vacation in a day or two and wanted to save another trip to my usual at European wax. Never been here for other services but I go to cali tan next door a few times a week for red light therapy. The lady at the front was the one who did my wax. It really looked like she couldn't see that well...? She also didn't alcohol wipe the area down before the wax. She went over it with the wax and the strip way too many times and left me with burn marks(?)! It lasted for weeks she also used the aloe so sparingly so I had a coating of cotton on my arms after. Don't trust the wax services here. read more

This is my favorite nails this year. I go to helen and she does amazing work. My nails don't cost me an arm and leg nor does it take 3 hours for a beautiful set of nails. The girls who work there are so nice. It's small and definitely stations are close but that never has bothered me. Helen will do any design I ask and she does it perfectly like the photo I show her. She does do social media and I always tell her she should because she is so good. But she's busy anyway. The pedicures are good and reasonable for a full service pedicure too. Their polish is up to date and not old and gross looking. They do all the latest stuff too. Definitely recommend this place. Not a lot of extras like wine or any like that but I don't care I want good nails for decent cost. read more

I had major bruising like other people have commented, and a burning sensation long after the appointment.

After my first appointment, I intentionally started booking with other estheticians at this location, and those experiences were excellent. I never had any issues with pain or my skin. This time, I didn't realize I had been assigned to Emillee again. During the waxing, I repeatedly asked her to be gentler because the pain was unbearable, but she continued anyway. The experience was extremely painful, and afterward my skin developed blisters. I've had waxing done many times before, including by other staff at this location, and I've never experienced anything like this. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly commented that I had darker skin and darker hair. Those comments made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. I also noticed her adding something to the wax during the appointment, although I wasn't told what it was. In addition, wax was spilled on both the floor and the table, making the entire appointment feel disorganized and unprofessional. During the service, I told her how much pain I was in and warned that I would consider taking legal action if my skin was injured because I felt my concerns were being ignored. Despite that, the service continued without any noticeable adjustment. Overall, this was one of the worst waxing experiences I've ever had. Based on my experience, I would not book with Emillee again.

I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

I have to say, I'm genuinely impressed with Omni. I called to see if I could get a pedicure, and they told me to just walk right in. I showed up about 10-15 minutes later, and while the place was a little packed, they still welcomed me right away. I told them I had called, and they said, "No problem," and got me set up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. But the real standout was Tammy. She did my pedicure, and she was excellent. What really stood out to me was how much care she took--she didn't rush at all. She took her time to properly cut and shape my nails, making sure everything was done right instead of just trying to get me in and out quickly. That kind of attention to detail is rare. Even though she didn't speak much English, it didn't matter at all--she communicated just fine through kindness, gestures, and professionalism. Honestly, she set the tone for the whole experience. The rest of the staff had a great energy too--friendly, welcoming, and on top of things. I can see why they were busy. Compared to the other two places I've reviewed, this one completely knocked it out of the park. I've officially found my new spot. It's nice to go somewhere and not feel like you're bothering people or that they don't want you there. Omni made me feel genuinely welcome, and that goes a long way. If you've read my other reviews, you'll know the places I'm talking about. I'd probably avoid them--one was bad, the other was just okay--but neither felt welcoming, which is crazy considering they weren't even busy. SALON: Very clean, nice/new equipment, state of the art massage/pedicure chairs NAIL TECH: I LOVE LINDA!! Not only is she an amazing nail technician who always pays close attention to detail and does a beautiful job on my nails and pedicure but she is also very kind. She makes me feel appreciated as a customer and I feel that customer service is just as important as doing good nails. From experience in the past, I've found that a lot of nail salons will start off with good customer service because they want you to return but eventually once they get too busy, their customer service drops and they will start to give you an attitude or just be rude. But NOT Linda.. she's awesome!! I can honestly say shes the BEST nail technician I've ever had plus I get compliments on my nails constantly from other people. PRICES: They are a little pricier than other salons I've been too but I believe you get what you pay for. So as long as I have awesome service from Linda, I don't mind. Plus they do have a frequent service stamp card so after 10 visits of $20 or more, you get a free Basic Pedicure. OVERALL: Great salon.. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else!! read more

Anyone who knows me, knows how obsessed I am with this nail salon. I have been coming here since their "Grand Opening", and Omni Nail Spa is one of a kind. The service from the ladies is fantastic. My current nail technician is Jennie, and does such a beautiful job. They are so incredibly clean, friendly, and creative. I can go about 3 weeks before a refill without any chips or breaks.
