They always have a line when I stop by of people picking up bakery orders or stopping by to grab sweet treats. They have all kinds of pastries and bakery items: cakes, cake pops, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, pies, macarons, pop tarts and even packaged drinks. I've gotten a few different cupcakes from them. My favorites have been the peaches and cream, top hat cupcake, pistachio raspberry and strawberry vanilla. Their tiramisu cupcake, margarita cupcake and the key lime cupcakes all actually tasted so much like the namesakes! Their cupcakes are mostly perfectly balanced sweetness: I haven't had anything that was too sweet. Their cakes look so beautifully decorated, but I haven't tried any. They look so good though! Everything in there are so aesthetically pleasing, and if the cupcakes are anything to go by, I'd say flavor wise, the other items would meet expectations! Behind birthday cake, the cupcakes are always fresh and moist, with generous amounts of frosting and fillings (as a good cupcake should be). With the exception of the chocolate frosting, which is more of a sticky ganache (in the best way), the frosting tends to be a buttercream consistency. My wife, ever concerned for my well-being, advised me to not eat the candy. So I returned to the store, ready for an exchange or refund. They REFUSED to do either. Oh they had their reasons, number 1 among them was I didn't have my receipt. The store manager could not reach the owner whom I offered to talk to, or I could come back some other time and maybe catch up with the owner. So I won't tell you not to shop there, times are difficult for everyone these days. But I will not shop there again and when I need a lemon drop for a long car ride I'll make do with a bag of them from Walmart or CVS. There just sugar and flavor after all.
