You walk in and can order small bites, cocktails, or coffee drinks at the camper right in front, then you can peruse their various gift options, and then you get to the dessert counter where you'll see their giant cakes, pies, and other offerings. Or, you can skip right to the dessert options! I have yet to have a bad dessert here, but favorite include their Oreo mocha pie, any version of Oreo cake, cannoli, and their homemade Oreos. I had to go up to the counter again to order a cinnamon roll ($8) and a coffee ($5) which she brought out to me. The coffee was nice and dark (Cameo blend) and incredibly hot. The cinnamon roll was okay, not very much cinnamon flavor but it was delicate and the icing was decent. The interior was pretty and it was a good spot to read a book and spend a morning.

AMAZING!!! The cupcakes were so warm, delicious, moist and FRESH!! It is in the heart of VCU and so conveniently a few blocks from my dorm. The owner wasn't just behind the scenes, but so involved and friendly, talking to the customers, and knowledgeable about all of the products that were being served. Mo's Sweet Mini's is definitely going to have to be a regular occurrence in my schedule. I can't wait to go again! This bakery is definitely a place where reviews don't do it justice! Their cupcakes are mostly perfectly balanced sweetness: I haven't had anything that was too sweet. Their cakes look so beautifully decorated, but I haven't tried any. They look so good though! Everything in there are so aesthetically pleasing, and if the cupcakes are anything to go by, I'd say flavor wise, the other items would meet expectations!
