They did a really great job, scrubbing my scalp for the wash and they do not rush through the work they take their time to really do the job properly. they both are very skilled and bonus that they can work with all hair textures. To me that is the definition of a true stylist, somebody that can handle all kinds of clients. They also have a great product lines that are nontoxic and high-quality. In my line of work, I make sure that I can offer a wide array of solutions or interventions for all of my patients. Previously, we'd gone to a salon in the nearby City of Downey that took ~9 hrs for the same job that Stylists Alma did. The only differences: 1. Alma did a quality job 2. She did it all within a couple of hrs (3 max) It's already been a week since our visit, and my mom's dye is still as strong as it was when she got it done. Alma was nice in suggesting some decent size highlights to match my mom, as the previous hair salon had done a rather wacky job giving her some overwhelmingly thick highlights that looked rather tacky. Clearly, Alma has an eye for aesthetic and a kind-heart, as she explains what products and treatment she'll be using on your hair depending on it's "health" state/nature. Alma walks you through the process before anything, like all good hair stylists must. And another good thing, she doesn't force you to buy any other products, aside from the work you've come in for. Comfortable space and fast, friendly service. We'll be coming again.
