Buyer Beware!! If you buy a used car from this business, which I highly recommend you do not, make sure to have a third party mechanic look it over. Do not listen to their sales staff about how the vehicle has gone through rigorous testing by certified staff. I am currently in the middle of purchasing a truck from them which is contingent upon Clay Cooley fixing issues my third party mechanic discovered, which their "Top Notch" mechanics had missed; as well as, repainting the truck. In fact, the truck wouldn't even pass inspection. During this time of waiting for the repairs to take place, no one could give me any answers as to the status of the truck. Getting anyone to call you back is the most difficult process for this company. After leaving multiple messages with the sales staff, finance, and managers, I received a response one week after dropping the truck off. Now to mention again, the loan was not to go through to the bank until after the truck was fixed and I inspected it. They finance department had decided it was ok to send the loan through anyway. So this process is still an ongoing mess right now. The person in finance I am working with, Rahim, had me come in and resign some paperwork to extend the start date of the loan because the repairs were taking longer. In my haste, ignorance and misguided trust in the company, it was not until later when I received the loan note from the bank, that I noticed the price of the vehicle was increased by over 3k. Rahim assured me that the paperwork I had signed was just an extension for the date and not once did he tell me about the increase in price from the original loan. What they did was lower my interest rate and raise the loan amount so the monthly payments looked the same. Not a tactic I would expect in a company like Clay Cooley. I've tried to reach out to talk to Rahim and figure out why he tricked me into signing this deal, and while yes I should have read the many pages in detail, Rahim assured me it was the same deal, just a date push out. I will update more details on how my loan was changed to an amount which was not after upon soon. read more

Numbers on truck and trade-in were not ridiculous like some other dealerships. Turnaround time getting your money back when cancelling their tire/wheel add-on warranty is ridiculous, though (they tell you it's a 12 week turnaround for a refund, when the warranty company is literally only a few miles away from the dealership). Comms on registration & tags delivery could be improved. Note: They'll offer you a tank of gas if you will leave them a five star review, so keep that in mind reading their reviews. Called the morning of 3-21-2019 on a 2018 Chevy Silverado I saw on The KBB site the night before. This vehicle had been a loaner and was priced at $29,805. When I called the operator transferred me to Tony. I gave him the stock number and he verified the MSRP but when I told him the cost of the vehicle he stated that a third party vendor does these sites for them and entered the rebates twice and the price was wrong. Funny how a few more dealerships had the same type of vehicles which was loaners going for the same rate. Informed Tony that I was shopping for Silverados and needed his best price. He told me to give him a price and I said no, what is your best price? He became very aggravated and aggressive towards me and hung up. Yes, he hung up on me. At no time was I rude or unprofessional. Later that day I called back again and it was still a cluster. Talked to a guy named Dennis who came across extremely desperate and acted like he had never sold a car. I asked for another pre owned person and this offended him. Finally got ahold of a guy named Jay and he hung up on me twice by accident but called me back both times. In the middle of all this Tony got wind of this and called me. I record the conversation between Tony and I and he stated that he hung up on me that morning and nothing else needed to be said. Seriously? Finally got ahold of the GM named Ali and explained what happen. Even sent him the recorded conversation between Tony and Myself. That was around 4 today. It's now 9:30 at night and nothing. I did get ahold of Clay Cooley's personal secretary and she assured me the Clay, Chase and Ali are working on this. I also filed a complaint with GM corporate and the chamber in Irving Texas. Will follow up with the Atteiney Generals office in the morning. Being a loyal GM owner for 25 years and dealing with dealerships for about the same time I have never dealt with such a group of unprofessional people in my life. These guys already have a bad image in the industry but always liked Clays commercials and a personal friend picked up a SUV from them last year and said what a great group of people. I truly feel being in a unique situation with excellent credit and putting down a large amount of money hurt me more than it helped in this situation. That the target market for them are people with ok credit so they may finance them with lenders who will give them kick backs in the loan process and make more money at the end of the day. Recently took my Vette in to get my wheels inspected for Damage. I clearly explained what had happened / reason for my concern and visit. - Oil life monitor showing 8% having had the Oil supposedly changed not even 600 Miles ago a maybe having driven it a dozen times since then (Not a daily).I doubt they changed the oil. GJ for taking care of me there boys! -Investigate Alignment , Balance and Wheels for Warping or damage to cause it to vibrate when going down the road at highway speeds. I informed the guy who took my car that I recently purchased new tires and the shop installing them mentioned that my Wheels are bent causing a balance issue. Long story short, I dropped it off Saturday the 5th of Jan 2019 at 3:30ish thinking I could get a quick inspection (wishful thinking I know) on the alignment/balance. They told me the only way they can check for that is for them to put it on the machine they use for alignments. Ok, so I purchased that service as it had been a few Ks since it had an alignment. Fast forward to Tuesday and no response/communication from my advisor despite asking for status via their text app. I finally get ahold of someone who tells me it's ready "Everything is fine come pick it up". I swing by and my Advisor is overly nervous and can't seem to answer any of my questions about what they found and states that he cannot tell me anything other than what the tech found, which he can't even quote what the work order stated. I had to read it and then he gets argumentative and dosennt want to find the tech to answer questions. 15 min later of finger pointing, explaining that what I wanted got lost in translation because the job traded hands 3 times in their service department and still no one had an explanation about why the balance weights were double stacked or why my Vette was cleared after one of the Caster's shows it is out of spec. Despite having the adjuster "Bottomed out" and the Service shop mentioning that they found "impact" to one of the wheels, I finally had enough and got the Service manager involved who did confirm that the alignment shows the car is out of spec and can't explain why my concern was not addressed. Needless to say their Service Dept is a Joke and had it not been for the Manager offering all the services free of charge I would have disputed the transactions and filed a BBB case. Clay Cooley can't be trusted and they keep very inexperienced and poorly trained staff on board that simply do not work as a team. I suspect intentionally as they are stewards of the Business and not customers. They're there to hide defects/issues and prevent lawsuits while taking in as much $$$ and doing as little as possible. @ Clay Cooley ...don't you dare respond with one of these "Sincerely BS responses with please get in touch with XYZ" This place is a Circus and one of the poorest excuses for Dealership/Service dept I have seen since Autonation's Chevy shop near where I live in Hurst, TX. I want everyone to check theirs cars after your oil change at clay. i went twice to Clay cooley in irving texas for oil change, both time they did not change my oil filter on my car. I know that because i marked my oil filter before my oil change. on both occasions I complained and they insist they changed it, then when they looked at camera they admit that their mechanic did not do it. shame on clay not servicing the customer cars right. I know for fact if my car did not get oil filter changed there are many cars before me did not get their oil filter changed either. Can you imagine if they do that on breaks repair or tire installations, the result would be killing somebody. Complete incompetence, the experience from buying the vehicle to them then taking ownership to correct their own errors is beyond abysmal. Bought a 2019 truck 10 months ago from the Clay Cooley just for the alternator to die on me this week. I've been very patient before leaving any review to see if at ANY point they would try and amend their customer service through this process. 1. Took the truck in when battery light was on; was told they were backed up by 2 days by an employee of theirs at the service center (Found out later on that this is just a standard turnaround time). They told me it's just the battery and to go get it changed as I am now out of warranty coverage (12 months 36k miles, I'm currently at 37k). I then said I'll need an oil change at some point to which i was told "oh yeah we can do that", so they're able to do an oil change but can't do a diagnostic on the vehicle. 2. After being stuck on the highway, getting the battery replaced and finding out it was the alternator i got a ride back to Clay, not to stir up any issues but to simply get them to explain why a Certified Preowned truck would have an alternator just go bad like that on a 2019. 3. Ultimately, they said to bring the truck to them because parts are scarce, and they'd have quicker access than other shops (which was mostly true based on me shopping around). 4. The truck has coverage including towing; I asked for the tow number be given to me which took forever to be done, all for it to be the wrong number. After calling 12 more times and given multiple more incorrect numbers (I'm not kidding, I counted) I was able to get the truck towed in. 5.I was told up and down while there in person that they would "check in" with me the next day to let me know if they were able to overnight the part and that they'd find me a loaner since that's the least they could do. 6. I waited until 1pm and heard nothing from them, eventually had to call their location 6 more times to finally get someone to speak to... just for him to tell me nothing has been done yet (which is fine but at least update that you got the truck in, and it wasn't taken to somewhere else potentially). 7. When i asked about my loaner that was discussed I was told "hold on I'll go find out from the rep you discussed this with yesterday" just for them to drop on me once again and return me back to a holding pattern. For me, not only am I irritated with RAM at this point (even though it's understandable that these things can happen, even if the vehicle was made yesterday), but I'm beyond livid with Clay Cooley but trying to keep it professional and stay calm. The idea that the truck was purchased from Clay is now a complete turn off and I can definitively say I will never return there again, not for services, not for future trucks or any other vehicles. Will also be sure to let anyone and everyone that's willing to hear know not to solicit that particular location for business under any circumstances if they have the option not to. I loathe leaving bad reviews, if the service is good, I will go out of my way to rate it 5 stars, if it's poor, I won't say anything, try to find a location manager and let them know prior to coming online (that's what I would want if it were my business), but in this case speaking with the service manager didn't improve ownership or improve basic communication skills so I'm left with having to share the experience online on this ridiculously long (shortened it best as possible with the time at hand) narrative. read more

Me and my wife took the day off and drove 4 hours from Oklahoma just to find out that they were selling the car we talked to them about to someone else as we walked in. This was very rude, we talked to sales man the night before telling him we would be there and set up an appointment for Friday at 2pm, Friday morning Joe texted the wife twice and she told him we were coming. Then at 1 o'clock salesman texted and I let him know I would be there on time. We actually arrive 10 minutes till 2 and they were in the process of selling it to someone else. Between me and the wife we lost 2 days of work, and the cost if driving 200 miles 400 round trip. They offered to fill my tank up, but was already full and a an insult. Save yourself the hassle. Don't come here period. I went in in July to trade my car in for a 2018 camero, was given an unbelievable deal and I took it, red flag number one was walking out w. The car and not signing anything. I was told the deal would be done and I would just have to go back and sign. A week and a half later I didn't sign anything and kept contacting the dealer to go and sign. I get multiple calls from different banks and fail the interviews due to the information that was put on my app wasn't the same as what I was telling them. Come to find out the dealership was lying to the banks about my information and that's why I failed. I got my credit ran like crazy and had many inquiries. I had to give the car back. Here we are the begging of December. I decided to give this place a second chance. Worst mistake of my life. I got denied due to many inquiries on my credit report, which came from this dealership. My wife and I went to Clay Cooley twice and had two unfortunate experiences. I originally found a truck that I was very interested in online for $30,650. It was exactly what I was looking for so we stopped in on a Saturday to be greeted by a new salesperson that had only been with the company for 3 weeks. He was very nice, but had no idea of their inventory, the features in any of the trucks, and took a VERY LONG time to get trucks to test drive. We had to leave after two hours before he could get us any pricing and he said he would follow up with me on Monday with pricing. He didn't have business cards yet but I gave him my business card so he could reach out to me on Monday. I never heard back from him. I checked the truck online the next week and the price had been adjusted to $33,690. Hmmm....strange. I called the sales manager and complained to him that I never heard back and he set up an appointment with me for the following Saturday. We drove over and was greeted by Drew and he was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We test drove the truck once again and were ready to negotiate. We asked why the price had been increased online and he said that a third party web provider was in charge of that...didn't really make sense. We waited for a price and he came back with a price of $41,000. What??? When it had originally been posted online for less than $31,000 originally? We were shocked and told him that that was no where near our budget and that we really wanted a price below $30k since the original online price was $30,650 . We figured we could at least negotiate down a couple thousand. Drew then got his "desk manager" to come out to visit with us. We told him our budget and said we needed his best price bottom line. We waited and then he came back with $40,000, best and final offer. Seriously??? We were so annoyed - what a waste of 5 hours on two different Saturday's. This car dealership obviously believes in the bait and switch sales strategy to get you through the doors and to try to screw you over. Don't waste your time and energy. We will never go to a Clay Cooley dealership again. You should not post pricing that you never intend to follow through with - they have no integrity and will not give you a fair deal. Don't do business with this dealership- for any reason. Their service is terrible, the reps are rude, not helpful, and not very smart. We bought a car that need a cosmetic repair. We have in writing that they will do the repair but the part was on backorder. A YEAR later, we have called, stopped in, talked to several advisors and still no remedy. When you call, you will get bumped around to the wrong departments. You will be put on hold abruptly with no warning. And no employee sticks around for very long- whoever you talk to won't be working there next week. Any business that operates like this is not a place to invest $20-$40K. read more

They will hang up on you, ignore your calls and do everything in their power to avoid you even when they owe you things like free maintenance or license plates for your brand new car. And now came in for my first maintenance on the car and they don't even follow the online scheduling requests. Unreliable and if you try to call to schedule, good luck getting a return call back. Recently moved here and looking for a place to service my Chevy, I came here to a simple oil change and to get a state inspection since I'm from out of state. HOLY hell the service department is bad! Worst part about it was the guy going bald names shane. I was in the waiting room, waiting for my Chevy he comes really nice offering if everyone is good and asking for water. I declined and I was told it would take an hr, one hr and a half passes by and I talk to shane asking for my car when he told me it will be another 30min because his state inspector is across the st!!!! WTF! Could they not have told me this earlier! I decide to wait since I had already waited 1 1/2 hrs. 30 minutes go by and I ask him if my car was almost done, his response was you'll have to get with your advisor because he had a lunch to attend to!!! WOW! And he's suppose to be the MGr?? Haha what a joke! Long story short took 2 1/2 hrs for everything and it was simple maintenance ... This review is solely for their collision center. They have had my daughters car for 3 weeks now for repairs after a couple of close set fender benders. We have never once received a phone call to up date the repairs like you would expect from any professional dealer. I called today to speak to the service center manager but I couldn't get past the woman who answered the phone. She did say that they called today and spoke with someone- that was a lie. I kept my temper in check, but I wouldn't recommend this collision center to anyone. Very un-professional. The manager has to hide behind his secretary's skirt like a coward. read more

I bought my car from here in September 2013. The experience was OK. I am pretty satisfied with my purchase, although it wasnt the exact car I wanted. My credit is not too great, which is why I had to settle with the car I got. The price is okay too, but im sure they didnt have a lot to work with. I appreciated all the help though. My search for a 2015 Range Rover Epoque led me to this place all the way from Georgetown, Texas. About a 3plus hour drive w/some traffic. Called ahead of time and Orlando turned out to be our sales guy. Hubby doesn't put up with non sense and stated that Orlando was very helpful and a straight shooter. After a couple calls back and forth negotiating bottom line price the hubs told me to hop in the car. Orlando knew we were headed his way and was available as soon as we pulled up and eager to assist us. My missing star above is due to the fact that my love at first site that I was looking for before I dropped my life's savings on a new toy just wasn't there because it was dirty!!! Orlando apologized and explained why... But I wasn't happy and I think he felt it... I really wanted it to be clean when we got there. He quickly had it cleaned.. And did I mention our boy was in an arm sling so he was working with one hand and dealing with my snottiness! He hung in there like a champ! Made the sale and even followed up w/good news that he was able to get me another key for the Range Rover that was MIA.. ($300-$400) value... Orlando got us in and out of there quick. Now on to Ben in finance... I don't think we have ever had a better experience trapped in a cubicle signing my life away. He was humorous and knew his stuff.. Didn't try to hustle and everything was explained crystal clear .. No hidden B.S. charges like we have experienced in the past at dealers.. Y'all know what I'm talking about.. Line #82. $375 processing fee.. WTF?! None of that... Got the key and bounced with a full tank of petro back to Gtown... Hoping the extra key shows up as promised and the tags in 30 days.. I will be a happy camper... Not a huge fan of Clint.. He came off pretty strong to me and was a tad rude.. But our time together was short lived... Ask for Orlando, you won't be disappointed... Don't judge a book by its cover either, he isn't rockin pressed slacks and a button down... He's a little rough around the edges but he took care of us. UPDATE! Today is November 13th and I am still waiting on my extra key, tags & plates... We have been calling every week. We were told twice now that the key was in the mail only to find out that was not the case. It would be nice to get follow up updates... I guess I will call again today! UPDATE! Called on the 13th and got them to send me extra key. Still no word on my plates/tags. They are supposed to check on it this week. When I asked why I have not received them yet I was told they have a lot of stores... Hmmmm... Go somewhere else for your auto maintenance. Every time I take my wife's car here 1. It takes forever for them to write up a ticket 2. The issue is is never fixed 3. There are more problems. Brought in my wife's car for an oil change and tire rotation. The tire pressure sensor came on the next day saying that it needed to be reset. A week later I noticed that there were oil stains in the garage so I took it to Friendly Chevrolet. They said that whoever did the oil change last stripped the oil pan. To their credit, I did take it back and they tighten the bolt so that it doesn't leak but who knows if it will last. This is not the first incident with Clay Cooley. We have had water pump issues where it was supposedly fixed but continued to leak water. I think it ended up being a thermostat issue. Regardless in both cases it took multiple trips for them to fix it. And the wait time for them to check you in is a joke. Save yourself the headache, take it to Christian Brothers Automotive. They are fast, economical and even give you a free water!!!! They can even take you to work if needed. read more

I purchased a used 2017 Malibu at a fair price. It was nice and clean. The showroom was very nice and spacious. They had free brewed coffee. Everyone there was nice. This is a good dealership if you're prepared to stand your ground and not let them push you around. I should have been alerted when it took over 10 minutes to make a copy of my driver's license...when the copier I saw was about 20 feet away. The second they presented their offer, I knew I was going somewhere else. They tacked on some $4500 price for something that wasn't very clear (cleaning the tires, etc?) Then they gave me monthly payments twice what I had researched. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they said I had no credit score. I gathered my keys and my wife and I started started to walk out. They asked me to wait a minute, so I thought it would be amusing to see what they did next. Lo and behold they finally saw my 760 credit score! After not budging, they got the payments down to what my research said it should be. Then we went into the dreaded finance office. We were treated well as they tried very hard to get us to buy another $120 per month insurance, extra protection, etc. After saying 'no' 4 or 5 times, we finally got the vehicle. So, good car, good price, nice people - just be sure you're a strong person before you go swimming with the sharks. read more

Extremely frustrated and disgusted with Clay Cooley Chevrolet and their service department. $3300 to replace an air bag module and 2 impact sensors. AND no guarantee this will fix the issue. THEN charge $100 to diagnose the issue (with a bulletin from Chevy in their computer system regarding the air bag system) and didn't even finish the diagnosis! Either way DONT GO SEE CLAY! read more

If I could give this joke of a dealership 0 stars I would- I live out of state (6 hours away) and I began dealing with a salesperson by the name of Tray Allen on Tuesday via web and phone. I have all of the text messages exchanged between Tray and myself. I had a trade in vehicle and Tray stated that I was good to go for the vehicle I wanted- financing approved and my husband on the loan with me. We put down a down payment on Thursday via phone and made Tray aware that since we live out of state 6 hours away we would be in on Saturday (one of two days off both me and my husband get from work.) Oh and I was encouraged to "just call into work" so I could come pick up the new vehicle on Thursday or Friday instead of waiting until the weekend. We get to the dealership today after leaving home early this morning only to find out Tray had blatantly lied to me- flat out lied and lied by omission. I was informed the dealership would not take my trade, and I was not even on the loan. After all afternoon sitting at this joke of a dealership and one of the sales managers "mentioning" that maybe i should just let my trade in get repossessed so I would not have two car notes (with the new car I did not get) , we left, due to them not wanting to make anything right. Oh and the scammed us out of the down payment- said it would be maybe 2 days or so before we see it refunded back and kept putting it off when I asked numerous times for a receipt showing it was refunded- we never got a receipt before we finally left. We couldn't have left any earlier because they took my vehicle key from me and somehow "disappeared" for 3 hours. I attempted to ask to speak to Mr. Clay Cooley himself about this complete and utter ridiculousness that happened today, and I was denied. Maybe someone who sees this can get me in contact with him. Regardless I will get in contact with him, or a lawyer will, for blatant deceptive business practices and stealing a large sum of money as a "down payment" after lying to me. Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The sales person, female.. Wish I could remember her name. Beautiful Hispanic woman... Anyhow, wasn't pushy. We were able to make a deal that we could agree on. Another person sat in the car with me me went over all of the cars features, after the deal was done. I have never had a dealership do that. Please believe all the poor reviews you have read so far. I purchased a new 2018 Chevy Malibu only to have the check engine light come on within 3 days. I took the car to the dealership and was told I had to take the car to service myself to handle the issue. After taking the car to service after 3 days was told the car had multiple issues and they would give me a call back. I called my sales rep, no answer (she is no longer employed there) and her manager to discuss the car, no return call. After being contacted by the leasing company informing me they were told Clay Cooley couldn't find the car and did not have it, I was disgusted. This was back in February. I get a call today, after contacting GMC, Chevrolet on FB and twitter for help to hear they found the car and today is now July. For 5 months they have held a car and I have not been contacted at all but my credit suffers because I am being dinged for a car I don't have possession of. My original post was mysteriously removed - this is a repost. I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban from Clay Cooley on March 12, 2016 with around 37,500 miles on it. I purchased the vehicle as GM certified. I have the signed inspection report to support it. I would have never purchased the vehicle if not GM certified. 1st Sign of Trouble - 4 days after the purchase, it was at the Clay Cooley Service department for steering issues (front end shaking at highway speeds). They corrected the issue but it returned and slowly got worse in early May. 2nd Sign of Trouble - I take it to another Chevrolet dealership closer to my home to have them fix the recurring steering issue, but they confirm that they will have to charge me because it's not GM certified. I call Clay Cooley on May 7 about the lack of GM certification & they say that the truck needs recall work completed and it will then be certified. I take it to them to get the recall work completed and working with the original salesman, Alberto, I get a confirmation that the certification is complete on May 24 & the steering issue could now be fixed. 3rd Sign of Trouble - Early July - A car veered into our lane causing very minor damage to one of the rear panels. I take it to body shop to get an estimate on correcting the minor damage. In less than 30 seconds, the shop owner states that the entire panel was previously damaged, repaired and painted, because the current damage to paint wasn't just a dent but was paint that was cracked at the site of repaired damage. Because I never specifically looked for this before, I inspected the car in the sun, and sure enough, there is a color difference for the entire panel vs. the rest of the car. At this point, I don't know what other parts of the truck has been damaged and to what extent. 4th Sign of Trouble - July 14 - My wife takes the truck to the dealership near our home for an oil change because we have a long weekend trip planned. I was surprised that we had to pay for the oil change as I thought it was covered under the GM certification. I attributed to some sort of communication error and had plans to follow up after the trip. 5th Sign of Trouble - July 16 - My family is travelling out of town and the A/C compressor goes out leaving us to drive approximately 300 miles home in the sweltering July heat. I had to rent another car for my two infant children and wife to ride in for them to simply be safe and comfortable on the drive home. July 18, I take the truck to the dealership close to my house and inform them of the compressor issue and confirm that it is GM certified and should be covered. Imagine to my surprise that the truck was still not listed as GM certified despite the fact that I was told (and have in writing) that it was complete May 24 (all while it should have been completed at the point of sale.) I suspect the issue with the certification is that there are known issues with the truck so it can't be certified. I have called Clay Cooley multiple times only to get punted to different voice mails and no one following up with me. I hear from the original salesman, Alberto, that someone is calling me, but all is silent. The truck is sitting at another dealership and my family has no car to drive. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience with Clay Cooley has been awful. 7/24 Update: I meet with the GM (Matt) on 7/18 assuring me that they would take care of the situation. Matt asks Derek Mills to handle the situation (Derek was the manager originally involved in the sale). I receive a loaner on 7/19 with a promise that the situation would be handled quickly. I've called everyday since 7/19 with no progress (a loaner is not a resolution). I call on Saturday, 7/23. Bobby takes my call and communicates that both Matt and Derek are in Sales Meetings but would definitely call me. I'm still waiting on the call Sunday evening. I have been sold a 2015 Suburban that 1) was advertised and I have inspection documentation given to me by Clay Cooley during the sales process supporting that it was a GM certified vehicle 2) was never GM certified 3) has apparently been damaged and repaired before, 4) been to the Clay Cooley and another Dealership for service issues that never should have occurred, and 5) had the A/C to go out in the middle of July causing safety issues for my family. As part of this resolution, I've even offered to purchase a new vehicle (with reasonable adjustment for the issues I've faced) because I want the comfort that there will be no issues. I'm a week into this review with no resolution. I would love to provide a 5 star update that the situation has been amicably resolved. I strongly recommend CC review its sales and communication practices with its customers. An email response from a generic email account with no real follow-up by management is not a strong practice. read more

I've heard from friends in the mid-cities for years to avoid this dealership and could not believe 1/2 the horror stories. I thought they were exaggerating. Sorting the junk mail today, I had a mailing from them. I think it really speaks to character. I would not trust them with a bad penny. The mailing was the most fraudulent, gratuitous waste of trees I have EVER seen. It made up to look like overnight document delivery. They had even used a handwriting machine to make it look like someone had initialed the pick-up receipt and checked "important documents". No identifying information whatsoever was on the envelope. Inside, it's the popular "come in and see if this key starts a car and win it" promotion. That's really interesting when you think about it. They would spend that much money and waste that many trees whilst not addressing their horrendous customer service record. A lot of bad biz is just incompetence, but every now and then you come across someone that could run a profitable, legit operation, but they just really seem to love fraud. Car dealers aren't exactly in the innermost circle of consciousness, but methinks this lot are DAMNED PROUD to be sleazy car salesmen. I would never go there for a car. read more

I just visited the service department for my oil change, I was a lot skeptical after reading the reviews, but it was the closest location to me. I didn't buy my car from this location, but Jupiter Chevy will never get my business again (another story). Overall I am very pleased! The wait was a little long I think, I booked a 7:40 appointment, got there at 7:30 am, but didn't leave until 9:10 am...but hey, when I arrived I was greeted at my car door, he was very friendly, the waiting area was clean & spacious, and the free & EASY TO CONNECT TO wi-fi made it easy to be productive while I waited. The staff was friendly and very polite, not just to me, but I noticed their conversation with other guests, even the cursing disgruntle man that was mad because he left his items, in his car, and they "took" the car before he wanted them too (you dropped it off silly) the young lady was still very nice to him. But overall great experience, and I don't know if that was a long wait, I am not an oil change expert but even though it was, I didn't mind. Also booking an appointment online was quick and easy and I will definitely use that again! read more

I purchased a truck back in February, they took two extra weeks to tell me my tags where ready to pick up, and I'm still waiting on my spare key after at least 7-8 calls to so called mangers saying they will get on it and call me to let me no to pick the key up, and still nothing this is a joke, as a General Motors employee of 25 years, I no each vehicle comes with two sets of keys in every vehicle, so why am I waiting almost 3 months to get the spare. read more
