Hit or miss. First…read morevisit we booked an appointment and waited 1 hour for it to begin. 2nd visit, walked in, sat, and the pedicure started right away. There are no 'good' times. This location is centrally located and running at full tilt often. Add a delicious boba bar next door and this place aims to stay busy. That said, I've gotten 2 of the best pedicures I've ever had. More detail? The massages are 8/10. What makes them great is the techs listened to my needs for nail shaping both times. This is a big deal when you have something that bothers. Will keep coming back while I'm in this area.

I flinched in pain 3 times and every time I did that, he looked annoyed. I finally told him that it's hurting me and then he used a drill. Bottom line is he wrecked and ruined my real nails to the point that I needed to take an ibuprofen and soak my nails in an ice bath. I'm nice, never complain, and I tip well. I would've let it go but I'm tired of being quiet. He put the oil on my nails at the end and didn't even rub it in or anything. So I have one hand dripping with oil while he's waiting for the other hand to finish with the uv light. No big deal, right? Then when I thanked him, he didn't respond. Nothing. Not you're welcome, have a nice day, not a word. Really??? Been coming here for 5 years and today will be my last. Even after all that, I still tipped 20%. Then later when the pain hit, I called the shop and asked for my tip money back. I'm not going to be treated like crap anymore. Kevin is rude and has no personality. But hey, customers are a dime a dozen, right??? Well, so are nail shops. It's a shame because there are nice people who work there, but Kevin is not one of them. Treat your customers better, especially your loyal ones.

We returned to have the nails repaired, which understandably should not have required additional charges since the damage occurred within 48 hours and was not caused by us. After some time away, we recently decided to give them another chance because the location is very convenient for us. Sadly, we experienced similar problems again. One of my daughter's nails came off completely, and my own nails began cracking after only a few days. I'm not sure whether the issue is with the products being used or the application process, but the quality has continued to be disappointing. What was most upsetting, however, was the customer service when we returned for repairs. We were met with rude behavior, laughed at, and made to feel like an inconvenience simply for requesting corrections to work that was not done properly in the first place. It was honestly embarrassing for both me and my daughter. In addition, our requests during the appointment were not listened to. I asked for a specific nail shape, which was ignored, and when I politely requested that my tips be smoothed and straightened because several were noticeably slanted, the staff responded with attitude. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but with professionalism and respectful customer service matter. Unfortunately, the rude treatment and dismissive attitude outweighed any convenience this salon offers. Based on our experiences, I can no longer recommend T Nails.

I was told to wait 24hours which I knew wouldn't happen so I gave it until Monday hoping that my money would return in my account and it still didn't. I called the nail salon to request some type of compensation whether it be cash or whatever bc at this point the salon owes me hundreds of dollars. They told me to wait until their boss contacted me but I didnt have time to wait I needed my money right then and there so I went to the salon itself only to be told I had to wait an additional 24 hours for my money to go back to my account and it wasn't even the full amount bc of the overdraft. LONG STORY SHORT: I'm never going back there. Terrible experience and a huge inconvenience

When I pointed it out, it was barely acknowledged and no proper care or sanitation steps were taken. The area has since become infected and will probably leave a scar. I would strongly caution others, as this could have been prevented with proper technique and response. This man should not be doing pedicures if he is unable to be gentle.

I was getting a manicure for a wedding so it HAD to be done. I am thankful that the man doing my nails (either tae or ton) took very good care of my cut and still managed to paint my finger nail perfectly. I stopped by today Wednesday at 1pm for a manicure and pedicure and was told in a snarky tone that they were too busy to help me today because they only had 2 people working and that it was prom. A customer in a chair waiting (the only one actually waiting) said "their lazy" - I think she was right! High school kids were still in school so I'm gonna guess prom really wasn't why they couldn't see me on a Wednesday at 1 pm. I would have been happy to wait .... Disappointed. Surprisingly, the more upscale spa by Harris Teeter was happy to see me- only had a 10 minute wait. Prom didn't keep them too busy to welcome a new customer. This other salon was much more clean and more spacious than Day Dream. The staff were also more friendly and helpful.
