Excellent service & our sofa now looks brand new…read more Arrived when promised at the beginning of a 2-hour arrival window. Quote by phone was reasonable but for steam cleaning only. When the tech arrived he honored the steam cleaning quote & also gave an option for steam & shampoo. This was NOT a bait & switch move, as 1. He didn't try to pressure us into the slightly more expensive steam & shampoo service and 2. The more expensive service still lower than other similar companies. We chose the steam & shampoo. The cleaning team worked very hard, which showed in the great results. We would definitely use them again.
