Stepped inside this, what seemed like a, family run business. I'm curious about the meal plans they have for take home ready made meals. But today we came for lunch and decided to try the Pesto Chicken Wrap and the BBQ Chicken Flatbread sandwich. Each came with a choice of side. We both decided on the sweet potato waffle fries. This was the perfect balance of simple, fresh, and tasty. I loved the pesto chicken, which came with crisp cucumbers and sweet tomatoes. The pesto was garlicky and salty, just lightly over everything. The wrap was also tasty, warmed, and was the balance between all of the flavors. People complained about this place being bland, I don't think so!! Service was super nice, we were smiled at and checked on. Kids were really nice and polite. This place had a constant flow of people. Not pictured was the Dirty Chocolate Shake(?) that my husband drank so quickly! He enjoyed it all. Service is good. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier remembered me when I approached, today. (I had only been there once previously.) The cafe is colorful, and other patrons have been friendly to me, offering testimonials, etc. As for the food ... The Chicken Pesto Wrap was very good. Didn't care too much for the sweet potato fries, but they were okay - just drier than I would normally prefer, but HEY, we are here to eat healthier, right? I liked the grilled chicken on the pesto wrap a bit more than the breaded gluten free chicken. I tried that breaded chicken today in a "build your own bowl." Carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms were excellent. Pasta was good. Epic sauce, pesto sauce, and taziki sauce were all fantastic. I do look forward to trying more items on their menu. I have been getting Factor meals delivered for a while and wanted to try something new. So my friend recommended this place I got several meals for myself and my husband. Most of them were good but the steak ones were not that good. The quality of the meat was not good at all. It was tough and chewy. The pasta and the chicken dishes were good. I got a couple of pork premade meals. They were good, but I feel like a couple of pieces were too fatty so if I'm paying, I want my protein to be all lean and edible. So I'm on the fence whether to continue getting premade meals there or to go back to factor. read more

I've been here several times and unfortunately it's been pretty hit or miss with both the food and the customer service. I used to order the chicken wrap regularly, but it often left me feeling bloated and sometimes the flavor was a bit bland. I decided to try the turkey burnt ends flatbread after the owner recommended it. The first time I had it, it was great. The second time, though, it was extremely dry and chewy, so I brought it back. The owner seemed a bit offended and mentioned no one had returned that sandwich in the two years they've had it. If I could give a 3.5 I would, food is a solid 4 but customer service was not so good. We ordered our food a few minutes before 6:30 thinking it would take about 10 minutes considering no one else was dining in. It was getting to be around 6:48 and our food still wasn't anywhere in sight. We were trying to eat and get out of there since they closed at 7. I politely asked the girl training at the front how much longer she thought it'd be and she said she'd ask. The young gentleman came out and said "It'll be ready in a bit" kinda sassy, time kept passing and he asked if we wanted our food to go instead since they were closing soon in a rude tone. I asked how much longer and he said a bit, I said how long is a bit? 2 minutes? 5 minutes? He said half of our food was ready and plated and asked if we wanted them which I said sure, still 3 minutes go by and no food. I'm honestly totally understanding that they were busy with online orders however a simple "I'm sorry for the wait but you're food should be out in about 5 minutes" with a smile goes a long way. I wanted to buy some of the premade meals but was so uncomfortable by his attitude I just had to get out of there! Hopefully he is not working next time I go. read more

The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful in explaining their different service options (grab & go, meal plan, and cafe). I ordered a couple of cafe options (Clean Eatz Bison Burger and Meat & Taterz Wrap) and the food tasted great. The wrap was my favorite of the two and was also very filling. I want to try a few other cafe options and am looking forward to signing up for their meal plan service. The macro information and portioned meals are very helpful. Can eat here for lunch... actually have- several times. Open at 11am. When you walk in there is freezer full of to-go dinners that are super healthy. Pizza too!! If you are gluten free, they have you covered. Paleo-- too! I literally go here once a week for lunch & grab a few healthy dinners to go. The drinks are all sugar free, all you can drink & ahhh-mazing. From the cafe menu I've eaten the buffalo wrap, the epic chicken melt and build a bowl - all were very good. The sweet potato fries are tasty and I like that they are not fried but still have good crunch.
