While he was very nice, friendly, and professional, the quality of the work just didn't match. It looked like the towel used on the inside of my windshield was dirty, which left it looking worse instead of clean. I've also tried going to other locations--Birmingham and Royal Oak--but both are consistently backed up, making it inconvenient no matter where I go. At this point, I'm starting to look into competitors because the service just hasn't been consistent or up to par, especially for a monthly plan. I really hope improvements are made soon.
