I really wish I took BEFORE photos of my car. Let's just say it's a "fur mobile" and was covered in fine, short dog hair with sand and dirt everywhere. They cleaned the interior and I have never seen the car that clean! Of course they couldn't get every little hair, but they did such an excellent job. I requested their services in preparation for the arrival of my first baby. I feel more confident that when we put the baby in the car, she won't be covered in dog hair and dirt. Very proficient and punctual. My wife was suggesting that we shop for a new car because the car's interior was getting dirty. We have a 2010 four-door sedan with limited trunk space, so the passenger and back seats were used to carry potted plants and other trophies of her shopping expeditions. The car's interior hadn't been professionally cleaned other than occasional full service car wash, and it was showing numerous stains. Arranging apt., handing over keys, and receiving super clean car back were all fantastic. I LOVED Saving 39 gallons of water for our planet as their sprat system only uses 1 gallon as compared 2 other garage washes. The seats where practically factory clean. Some Dog hair was still stuck on trunk walls but I was forewarned and did not purchase extra dog hair removal. Only problem was that my airbag warning light was on when I got car back. On the way to Subaru with hot air blower on high, the light went out. Subaru said there are airbag sensors under passenger seat and if searching moistens it lights up. They said once seat dries airbag light goes off if sensor not damaged. And that means airbag is fine. I think I would use this awesome service again despite initial shock of airbag light. read more

This is the best car wash in the Bay Area, Family business. They come to your house and clean your car for an hour for $30. Who does that? + they use environmentally friendly / green / non-toxic products to clean your vehicle. Great if you have kids or pets and don't want them to get sick from the usual toxic chemicals they use to clean your car products. When Oscar left, I was all ready to give him 5 stars. Car looked great, he came out on Memorial Day and spent 2.5 hrs on my Mini Cooper, and was very friendly. The price was $25 more than he'd quoted me, but my car was pretty dirty. He showed up on time (in fact 10 min early) and was very easy to deal with. After he left, I looked inside and there were some details left unattended - the fabric in the stickshift and emergency brake was still dirty, glove compartment much cleaner than before but not quite clean. And the floor mats, when they dried were still a bit dirty. Then I noticed he hadn't cleaned the area with the trunk hinges that you see when you open the trunk (which he did to clean it) at all. Full of dirt. Not super detail oriented in that sense. So I had to clean those parts after he left. And, ever since he detailed it, my flat tire light won't go off. The tires are fine. Now I have to spend time and money bringing it into the shop to get that fixed. Very disappointing. I'm giving him 3 stars b/c he seemed like a nice guy and was very responsive; but I wouldn't use him again. read more

No strange odors, or anything. I highly recommend him! I went to Berkeley to meet him and the whole process took about 2 hours. I think he even finished a little earlier than his estimated time to completion. Pricing: It all came out to $165 for interior detailing and an exterior wash. The thing I like most is that his website tells you prices upfront. Some detailers are ambiguous, and so it's nice to have some transparent business practices. If you know anything about detailing you know that pricing can get outta control. My eyes popped when I saw how affordable CGM was. A little background info: After having an allergic reaction that eventually landed me in the ER, I was seeking out the culprit. I'd just moved across country and a lot of things had changed: New car, new job, new bath products, you name it I probably had to buy it all over again. This made for a difficult search to narrow down what caused the reaction. I know I have sensitive skin, but this recent outbreak was UNREAL. I called up CGM to get a feel for how they could help me with reducing the possibility that the reaction was indeed coming from my car. For me, it was relieving to speak with Oscar who was able to clarify specific allergens present in commercial car cleaning products and tailor a cleaning approach that would reduce my exposure to toxic commercial products. That alone is worth the 5 stars. Oscar was prompt getting to the house, had a super friendly personality, and thoroughly explained the process of cleaning my car's interior for maximum results. There was no doubt that a large amount of soap residue was present in the car seats and carpets (got the video to prove it). He did the best he possibly could to get it all out, and I'm relieved that he did. You wouldn't believe how much soap was pulled from the mats alone. I was blown away by their work. Oscar and his sidekick showed up promptly and were very professional. I requested a full interior and exterior detail. They never seemed to rush through their work. Oscar waxed and polished each body panel, making sure to never leave the polisher with the polish-pad face-down on the pavement- this ensures dirt particles won't become entrapped into the pad and scratch the paint. The interior was spotless, and the exterior was 99% clean, save for a little bit of dried tree sap on the A-pillar. These guys know what they're doing, and the best thing is they're mobile! The detailers I used to frequent in Fremont have gone big and are charging almost $400 for a full ext./int/ detail; Oscar and his crew did it for under $200 including the traveling fee. Clean Green made my car look like new for a great price. They offered a full detail sale price if $125 over the labor day weekend. Normally $200 for a midsize SUV like my Subaru Forester) Oscar was friendly and professional to deal with. Oscar and his assistant got started around 2:30 and finished around 6. He warned me up front that the water stains that have been there for a while would likely not come out. He did the best he could and took precautions not to damage the car while trying to buff them out. They did an impressive job. I'll most likely be calling him to come by to wash my car as well. I don't want those weekend handwash guys down at the energy mart to mess with Oscar's professional finish! :) BTW, I talked with Oscar about some of the negative Yelp reviews. He mentioned to me that if I had any problem with his service, I could give him a call and he'd be happy to come back to resolve the issue. I decided to go with Oscar based off a majority of the Yelp reviews, and also for convenience as he comes to your location. I love that I don't need someone to pick me up after I drop off my car. I got the Full Detail service. If I did it myself, it would probably take me 4-5 hours. He showed up right on time, and was able to finish the job in about 2 hours with one other person helping out. The car looked great and could definitely see the shine from the multiple layers of wax he put on. I think his prices are very reasonable as well. The response time was great and very clear. Oscar did a fantastic job detailing our Honda Accord. It was probably the dirtiest the car had been since it was purchased. They even managed to clean out the crevices between the driver and passenger seats that were driving me crazy. They are located on the lot with the Chevron gas station. It took me a couple rounds around the block to locate it but that's mainly because I wasn't familiar with the area.
