It is rare to find a company that performs exactly as advertised. I was so impressed with Jason's ability to quickly and professionally clean our carpets. I was shocked to that such a good looking and smart guy like Jason could also move so fast and efficiently around our house. Whomever he is married to must be the luckiest woman in the world. If he is not married I have an aunt that is not married that would be interested in such an amazing man who is also most likely a pretty good poker player. I have actually started spilling food and drinks on the floor all over the house just so that I could get Clean Masters back out. If it isn't too much to ask can we request a specific person on your staff to come clean our carpets? Also I really think Jason should be promoted! read more

Lots of time when you see specials, like 3 rooms for $99, you think there are some hidden fees coming later, or that's just too good to be true. That was NOT the case for this company. The price was exactly as they advertised. Jason was our tech that day and he did an amazing job. I set up the appointment to have my Pastor's home clean and the end result was FABULOUS. The carpet had not been cleaned in years. I was amazed at the stains he was able to get out. I had to write this review and share my experience. I had a great experience with clean master carpet cleaning. The technician contact me regarding coming earlier than our scheduled appt. due to he finished the previous job early, which was great. The setup & carpet cleaning of 3 rooms took less than a hour, partially because the rooms were empty (no furniture to move). The only complaint I had was there was 3 blue ink spots in a bedroom that did not come up, but before I went thru the trouble of calling CMCC back out, I tried to clean myself with Reslove Carpet Cleaner & it did the trick. read more

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the job Mark did. The company has great reviews and I now know why. I had some spots on our carpet and 4 months ago had them professionally cleaned by another company. They didn't get a single spot out. I searched Yelp to try and give it one more shot for our move out and found this company who was very busy but had great reviews. Tip: you must book in advance, I booked two weeks out. The wait was so worth it! Mark was able to get every spot out and make one spot that was black wax look almost unnoticeable which is all I can ask for since it's literally an impossible stain based on all of the research I've done. Mark was kind, efficient and honest about what areas he thought needed to be done and how much progress he could make on the stains. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company. Very fair price as well, I did a bunch of comparisons and paid more for the previous company who did absolutely nothing. Thanks to Mark I am sure we will get our whole deposit back! read more
