The guy came in and cleaned the carpet of three rooms and he literally did them in 10 minutes. I showed him that there were still a couple stains that he didn't get cleaned and he said that it couldn't get cleaned because "it is an old carpet". I told him that I've recently changed it like 6 months ago and he insisted on saying that it is old and thats why it couldn't get cleaned. Dusty of Clean Master just left and he did a fabulous job. My carpet is old and I never thought it would look as good as it does. They were on time with a 30 minute pre-arrival call and finished my LR, BR and hallway in an hour with pre-treating and cleaning. There is one issue I did not discover until this morning and have included a picture. The doorway wasn't done and I'm not sure why. Dusty did not explain, and yesterday I thought it was more water that had accumulated there, but I don't think he used the suction tool on it. There was a bit of disconnect with returning messages, but they apologized after we called back and they realized they didn't get the message. We are beyond pleased with the service from when the appointment was made with Beth, to Mark providing the service. The carpets are clean and not dampened like other companies leave them. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. The next time we schedule, I hope Mark can be requested. Got a quick estimate over the phone after provide approximate square feet of areas needed cleaning. Pros: The sq ft I provided was a rough measurement and slightly under the actual amount cleaned. There was no extra charge forced on after the work was done. This company doesn't upsell or try to cram other items down your throat. They asked once if I wanted my tile sealed. I declined and was simply told to let them know if I changed my mind. No pushy sales representative trying to milk my money. My wife said the technician was beyond professional. He was very polite and chatted while always working. He even was nice enough to recommend taking our children upstairs due to a harsh chemical smell that may occur. Cons: NOTHING!! This place is fantastic and a very good price. They seem very flexible about being able to schedule you to get your work done. They are quick and efficient as well. As a clean freak, I have tried to clean my carpets myself for about 1.5 years. I vacuum regularly, tried rent a steam cleaner to steam clean myself, but my dog has left me many challenges to deal with around my living room. He enjoys relieving himself regularly and finally when we think he's done doing it, surprise, there's another stain. When we called carpet cleaners, Clean masters replied quickly and had a quote of $90 for a regular cleaning within a few hours. They arrived on time, gave us a courtesy call and taught us about the cleaning process. He saw that there was a lot of dog urine around the living room so told me a regular steam cleaning wouldn't get the urine out. The price did go up for the cleaning overall but it was well worth it, as they got every stain out and left the rooms smelling clean. Don't you just hate those "windows" of time when waiting for someone to arrive? Well, in this case I was so pleased when my tech arrived at my door @ 0905a having been given the time frame of 0900-1100a! Jared was a pleasant friendly young man, inquiring about my Christmas celebration, etc. We then walked through the house with my pointing out the areas to be cleaned. He was very detailed in explaining the process and giving me a heads up about a couple of spots that were heavily soiled high traffic patterns that might not be restored to a "like new look" but assured me he would do his best. I then asked what the charge would be to clean a small area rug in my breakfast room that was not included in my original quote and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price. Off to a great start! Jared did an excellent job, even offering to move a heavy chair and ottoman, and wrought iron chairs in the breakfast room. I was very pleased at the overall results. The tough areas turned out much better than he originally thought they would and I was delighted to walk through the house and see the fresh look and the missing stains!! Before he left, Jared explained I should not walk on the wet carpet for 4-6 hours, (turning on all ceiling fans and raising the thermostat to 71 or 72 to fasten the drying process) warning me of a possible slip and fall from wet feet after walking on the carpet onto the areas of my home that have hardwood floors. Now, that is great attention to detail and amazing customer service. Professional, prompt service and great pricing. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. Dusty came to our house to clean 3 rugs, 4 carpeted areas and a white linen sofa which, courtesy of twin toddlers, has had a rough existence defaced with crayon/marker graffiti and juice spills (at least it's organic). Dusty was timely, did an exceptional job and has obvious high expectations of himself. He exceeded our expectations especially when it came to the linen sofa. I thought we would have to replace it due to the abuse it has suffered but, due to Dusty's savvy, it's been remarkably rejuvenated. Previously, I had gone the dry clean route which was more expensive and didn't make much of a difference in visible cleanliness. Clean Master's service was more reasonably priced and yielded a far better end result. Not often can one say that they paid less and got more. I now know that when we do our next maintenance deep cleaning, Clean Master will be the only choice we make and Dusty the technician we request.
