Hard Pass. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Overpriced to begin with. The cleaner shows up an hour late, doesn't finish cleaning much of the agreed upon spaces, leaves a complete mess of trash on the front doorstep, and leaves early, claiming the company only paid her for 2 hours even though I booked for a full 4 hour cleaning. Will need to have my normal housekeeper come just to finish the job. Do not waste your time with this company. They're poor at responding and dishonest. Additionally, they did not inform me beforehand that the house cleaner didn't speak English, which would have been nice to know just so I could have asked my gf to come by and help communicate with her, since she speaks much better Spanish than I do. read more

I would like to preface this review by stating I do not leave negative reviews of companies. I try to resolve any issues before they get to this point. In this case, there was no solution. I cannot speak to the quality of the cleaning itself because I never got that far. I scheduled a deep clean. When beginning the hiring process, I told the scheduler I had a tight window to work with. I provided them a two day window (Thursday or Friday) to potentially clean the house. I was assured the cleaners could could conduct the work on Friday before 3 PM. This was important because I had an appointment at 3. The person who was assigned to clean the home called me late Thursday night to let me know they were double booked on Friday and wanted to clean the house starting at 6 PM Friday evening. I declined that offer due to the inconvenience of having someone cleaning while we were trying to eat dinner and relax. I was assigned a second person. Ten minutes before they were due to arrive, the cleaner informed me they had an emergency and couldn't come. When I contacted the company, I was offered two options; to come on another day or let the cleaners come during my appointment and they would lock up the house as they left. I declined both... The intent was to get the house cleaned before the weekend; so, option one was declined. As far as option two; there is no way I am letting anyone in my house alone, especially if I haven't met them before. That's just asking for trouble. I paid for a move out cleaning $528 thinking it would be a great job I was extremely dissatisfied. They sent 1 lady to clean and ended up having to resend her again because I was disappointed with the first cleaning. Even after coming a 2nd time it was not a good job. I highly recommend if you need a move out cleaning for a rental to not use this company. The rental company will most likely charge me for a cleaning fee on top of this $500+ subpar job provided by this company. The cleaner dragged trash bags from the front door to the trash cans and stained the concrete with whatever was leaking from the bags. The first scheduled cleaning they didn't communicate with me and the cleaner was late, which freaked me out because I thought she flaked on me. They worked it out, because they had the wrong email address for me and the cleaner was great. So I scheduled another clean a month out. The second scheduled cleaning, today, the cleaner cancelled on me 1 hour after she was supposed to arrive. After 2 hours of moving all the clutter to streamline cleaning, which they requested to be done, I am still waiting to find out if they can provide a cleaner for me today. How can they be in business with this kind of service? I will never use this cleaning service again, and suggest you scroll on past the cute business name. They SUCK. read more

Cleaning crew were late. Caesar from their Customer Service told me 3 times I would not be charged until after work was complete and I could review work. He said they would call me 30 min to an hour before they finished do I could return and review work. They never called and I was charged. They left several areas uncleaned, including range hood. I really really did not want to leave a negative review as I gave the company multiple opportunities to fix the issue but unfortunately I've been left with no choice. We hired Clean Me Up Scotty for a deep move-out clean after seeing great reviews, 3 days before our landlord would come to pick up the keys. We were promised a *deep* clean -- baseboards, cabinets, obviously floors, bathrooms, the works. They charged us $550 (which is not cheap for a move out clean) and promised to send over 2 cleaners (which I found odd considering I've hired move out cleaners for far less square footage who have sent an entire team of cleaners). I arrived to let the cleaners in (who by the way showed up almost an hour late) and there was not two cleaners, but only one. I figured she could probably still do the job since the house wasn't a mess and just needed a general deep clean. We came back to check out the house and it debatably looked WORSE than when we left it! Dirt and debris all over the floor, no signs of mopping whatsoever considering there were still stains on the floor, cabinets still sticky and with crumbs, baseboards dirty, and even some trash left in cupboards which tells me she did not open them at all!! I call the company obviously unhappy and tell them they need to send a whole new team to fix this considering our landlord was coming the next day. They tell me this happens ALL THE TIME and that they would have to send the same lady who did a terrible job since that was "in their terms and conditions". I wasn't happy about this but they PROMISED the house would be fixed by the next morning before our landlord was scheduled to come. The next morning the same cleaner came. We told her the main thing she should focus on was the floors that were obviously still dirty and the cabinets. After an hour, she hadn't cleaned a single thing. We ask her where her mop was -- she said she forgot to bring it, and only brought 2 rags and a spray bottle. I was in complete shock. She was trying to clean the floors of our house on her hands and knees spraying 1 inch of flooring at a time and wiping it with the rag !!!! Needless to say we told her to go home since both of us were wasting our time, and we we were obviously hit with a hefty cleaning fee by our landlord. The company begged me not to leave a bad review and said this was the nature of work by "fallible human beings". I would expect that anyone hired to do a deep clean would at the very least come with a wet mop and proper supplies. They tried to guilt me by saying that a bad review messes with people's livelihoods -- I understand that, but I truly think they need to do a deep dive into their business model and hiring practices before continuing to operate. $550 is a lot of money and we had to skip work and school and wasted a lot of time just to be extremely disappointed. read more

My house has never looked cleaner! Stephanie was amazing, very friendly. She was in and out in no time and did a very thorough job. My bathroom and kitchen really needed this. The trash was even taken out and replaced with fresh bags which wasn't included with my previous house cleaning services. She left everything very neat and organized too. My bathroom is very small and can be hard to maneuver with a vacuum but every inch of the floor was taken care of. The person who I scheduled our cleaning with was nice and the cleaner was nice, but unfortunately, the cleaning job itself was just really really bad... We scheduled a $300 (not including tip) deep clean on a 2 bed/2bath, and I think that automatically meant that two people should have been on the job - The job was too much for one person, and that's on the company... Just to name a few, the showers still have un-rinsed cleaner powder all in the tub, the kitchen wasn't mopped, our dishwasher had food crud layering the inside, our bathroom toilet still has residue in it, the other toilet had gross spray all over it that I had to clean off before using, all of the trashcans in the house didn't have trash bags in them when he left, *half* of the baseboards were cleaned, our bathroom mirror was so foggy you couldn't even see a reflection, and the list goes on... And some areas of the kitchen/house smell like grease? As if he only moved the grease around instead of picking it up and maybe used the same rag on everything? We're really grossed out. In addition, when we scheduled the booking, the man on the phone asked if we wanted the inside of our oven and refrigerator cleaned... we said yes, and those things definitely did not happen. We were so excited about this deep clean... and we ended up needing to re-clean several things ourselves. We're extremely upset, and we would not recommend. read more
