Had a great experience with Clean Rite Steam Cleaning recently. Ben was extremely responsive, and after a brief phone conversation gave me a rough estimate for the job I needed done. He managed to come out on short notice to provide a more exact quote, and so I booked him. Ben helpfully provided text updates of when he would arrive, and that he was on his way, and was quite prompt. We were very satisfied with the cleaning job - he serviced all the carpeted areas of the house, which probably amounted to 3000sq ft and 3 sets of stairs (and for context, we had a very fluffy dog who shed a great deal). Ben and his assistant were very thorough, moving furniture whenever possible, and putting them back with some plastic protection for wooden furniture legs. For one recliner he also lifted it up onto styrofoam blocks in order to allow the carpet underneath to dry. The carpets looked fantastic afterwards, and we were very happy with the job. read more

I've had so many different local cleaners over the years from chem dry, oxy, greeners, to steamers, etc. My carpets are really clean and not sopping wet. Great Local Steam Cleaning company for a job done Rite I thought I would rent a rug a doctor from Lowes down the street. Glad I didn't. Ben is a technician, subject matter expert, etc on what he does, not like some of these large companies where the person doing the job may have just learned how to do carpet steam cleaning a week ago. We hired Ben since out tenant moved out and for what seems like the entire time they lived there, they didn't clean at all. The carpet had many funky stains and some funk as well. I did get some other quotes on Yelp but Ben was the only one who would come down and look at the job since I personally like to meet someone first before I fork over my hard earned money to them. Ben and his Clean Rite van showed up exactly on time and he even sent me a text prior to say he was on this way. Inside his van was this 500 horsepower steam cleaner which would make any Rug Doctor feel insignificant. He hooked right up to my hose faucet and fed the hoses up through the balcony. We discussed steam cleaning the carpet, bathroom tile, and stairs. We also asked him to clean the rug from our baby's room which he happily obliged. Ben said it would take an hour and a half, which was the exact time it took. He opened all of the windows and doors so I wouldn't have to go back upstairs on a wet carpet and it was already dry the next morning. Going upstairs the next morning, I was like Wow! All of the funk and funky stains gone. Bathroom tile was clean, and the stairs were clean for baby to crawl up. Five stars for Clean Rite. read more
