I will forever be grateful to Star Bright Dental Group! Jonathan has literally saved my children! I was searching everywhere for a loyal, trustworthy dentist and the day I called Star Bright Dentist my life changed! Last year my 5 daughter was in so much pain, I went to 3 different dentist offices on the same day for them all to tell me they couldn't help me! I came to start bright for a regular dental check-up. The girls in the front were polite, not rude at all. I did not wait a long time. When I met the dentist, he was nice, and professional explained to me what dental services I needed. I was able to get an estimate for the future work i needed, which was not bad given the fact that I had insurance. I brought my husband the same day. He was pleased with the service as well. My son needed some silver crowning, which I agreed to let them put on the silver crown, but now I am concerned of the metal toxins that can come with having silver teeth I called to see if they can have them removed, they said yes and made me an appointment on the date of my appointment I made sure they were going to remove them but receptionist said appointment was for them to add more silver crowning and filling, I disliked how I felt pressured to get so much work done on my child that is only seven years old they are so quick to get work done and add things on top of that instead of taking inconsideration of what I want which is to just remove silver teeth from my child's mouth.. will be removing my kids from here and going where I don't feel pressured to get so much work done on their teeth at once. read more

I just recently moved to the area and was searching for someone I could trust. I started with the teeth cleaning and exam. After feeling comfortable after the teeth cleaning I decided to get my cavities filled. I normally dread the dentist... so much it had been 3 years since I had been to one. The Dr. Satereh was very professional. Amalie one of the staff members was super kind and John went over the pricing arrangements. Another reason why I am afraid of the dentist is the pricing. I recently had a BIG tooth infection and Pain. I called the office and made a quick appointment. Everyone was super friendly when I showed up. They took an xray from my molar. Dr Setareh was very compassionate and explained all my options. Jonathan set me up on care credit financing. Dr Alani did my root canal painlessly. I had a great experience with both doctors here. I went into the office because I felt something weird with one of my teeth, I was given an appointment right away, and was able to get everything taken care of. All of the staff is very friendly, and the doctor walked me through every step of the process for my root canal (first one ever, so I was very nervous!), and answered all of my questions. I felt very little discomfort during the procedure, and no pain. During the procedure s, the doctors often checked in on me and made sure I wasn't feeling any pain. My Experience at this establishment was decent. First of all, when we got to our appointment we made sure to get there extra early just in case. Upon arrival my family waited almost a hour for my appointment. When I finally got in the workers seemed in a positive mood. After the cleaning I looked in a mirror only to find toothpaste sprinkled all over my face. The doctor kept to himself most of the time only saying a simple hi. I'm very grateful to Dr. Setareh and his staff for seeing me without an appointment. On my way out of town, I felt a sharp pain coming from a molar. I took an Advil but the pain was still there so I made a stop at this clinic because it was conveniently located and it looked clean and professional. They were able to see me right away, confirmed my insurance while I was filling out paperwork, and they addressed my pain instead of up-selling me. Dr. Setareh was very friendly, easy to talk to, and he was very patient throughout my visit. He used my xrays to explain what happened and how to fix it, which was very helpful. His staff was very polite and explained everything they were doing. They knew I have my own dentist and helped fax my information to my primary dentist with Dr. Setareh's recommendations.
