Maybe the worst dry cleaner / laundry I have ever dealt with They could not lookup my order by my name or my number. We could not work out over the phone as the workers were not trained properly I thankfully / miraculously kept my receipts thank the lord and had to go in and show them receipts They lost two of my fav shirts. Even after to explained to them they did in fact accept them and lost them, they kept saying no they never received them. Then they ended up finding them randomly with no tags on them in the back of the shop. This was a terrifying experience with my fav clothing. I would never use this company again even if it was free. I would not even send my old towels here. I am not exaggerating. My apartment currently doesn't have laundry and this is by far the most convenient option and I would never send them anything ever again. Aside from losing several pieces and having no explanation.... they ruined my brand new Juicy Couture tracksuit because they ignored my directions. I specifically requested the items in that bag be hang dried, but I got them back dry and folded like they'd been through the dryer. When I reached out, the pick up guy (who has always been fine), explained to me that the washer refused those directions, put all my items in the dryer on cool and said it was fine. If they didn't want to hang dry the items (not sure why they offer hang dry service then) that's fine, refused the order. But no, they ruined an entire load of my delicates because they intentionally ignored my directions. I don't even know why? maybe they were busy and ran out of space to hang dry. Nevertheless, they ruined several items that I had provided delicates bags for by throwing them in the dryer, ruining some cute lace tops, some lingerie and ripping rhinestones off and cracking the vinyl logo on the brand new Juicy tracksuit. I have also gotten stuff back from them that seemed still kinda musty, like sheets and towels. I can only imagine that the positive reviews originate from people who are somehow amazed by the bare minimum, a wash and fold that successfully washed and folded their clothes. It's sad to have a business like this in the neighborhood and I wish it was just a regular laundromat. read more

Such great service and super impressed!!!!!! I've used another company for a while and Bubble Beach exceeded my expectations 10 fold! Customer service on point, excellent communication from the delivery person, when my new customer coupon code didn't go through I called and they were so nice and helpful. They made sure to adjust the total immediately. And to top it off, my clothes looked amazing!!!! Loved that they were sorted by type, made putting everything away so much easier. We regularly visit Marina Del Rey by boat from Oceanside and after a few days at sea it is always great to get our clothes laundered. The app feels incredibly basic and a small part of me thought it was a scam, but the next day I reached out to them to confirm and they assured me my laundry was still scheduled to be picked up that evening. And it was! The next day it was delivered earlier than expected, packaged beautifully and my laundry SMELLS SO GOOD. Both of my dresses had been hung up in plastic, as well. I've never sent my laundry out until March 2023. I also sent it out in September 2023. Each time I used Bubble Beach. They were amazing. Their drives are on time and very professional and helpful. They pack your clean clothes wrapped in plastic bundles and put those in heavy duty duffle bags. They fold EVERYTHING that could be folded and put on hangers stuff that is ironed.
