Not sure what the complaints are about. Does this wash have all the bells and whistles? Nope but to me that's a charm level booster. Wonderful employees who are kind, work hard, and are detail oriented. What more can you ask for? Like this one a lot and recommend it. There's no "car wash club," that I'm aware of. I got my Mercedes detailed here two days ago. I took all of the content out of my car except a Bluetooth charger, two iPhone cords, and an aux cord. Upon return, they were missing and the staff acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about.... I called back for the manager after the staff member would not give me his name and told me to call tomorrow, when the manager is in. He then hung up on me... On top of the stealing incident, they charged me 20 dollars extra for dog hair. I do not have a dog, but they apparently saw a few hairs? I paid $220 dollars for a cleaning and it was hardly up to par. I have to rewash my dash because there are oil splash marks everywhere and there are clumps of lent and missing vacuum spots throughout... When I got home and attempted to put a different Bluetooth connector in the socket and the outlet longer works... they broke it. So, they massively overcharged me ($220), they stole from me, and they broke part of my car... it's going to cost me much more to replace and get all of it fixed. I may end up filing a police report... I did not get my money's worth and I was stolen from in plane site. I actually am at a loss of words this had to happen, I really wanted to give this place a chance. I do not recommend them to ANYONE. I would give them 0 stars if possible!! For a $20 car wash (their "silver" service), I might've expected a little more attention to detail. Prior to going through the automated wash, two workers with sprayers and brushes gave the body what seemed like a pretty thorough scrub. But once I was out and stopped for coffee a few minutes later, I noticed a substantial amount of dirt on the hood that had been missed. The staff seemed reasonably pleasant, especially given that this was early on a weekday morning. I'm allowing an extra star for that, 3 rather than a lowly 2. Broke rear bsck driver's side door lock pull. Didn't take any responsibility or accept blame. Repair ended up costing me over $257, including the wash cost. Cashier/manager was very dismissive of my report of damage. I will never use the car wash again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone. Beware. Also, paid for package that included hand brushing/cleaning of wheels and only guy on passenger side used the brush. When I pointed it out to guy on driver's side, he said the machine would get it. Yikes! I wish I'd read the reviews, but I was in a hurry to find a touchless car wash. After adding rain guards to my windows, I'm not supposed to go through a regular wash. The sign here says "BRUSHLESS", but it's just a regular car wash with those heavy hanging strips and rotating brushes. The workers sprayed my car before I went through, but did nothing else. The person I talked to seemed to have a lot of trouble understanding what I was asking for, and they don't offer any kind of protectant for car underbodies. So I just got a plain wash all over. You pay afterwards, and this plain wash ended up costing *eighteen dollars*! I can't believe I paid so much for a plain brush wash when I wanted a brushless wash with underbody protectant. On top of this lack of value, I had the most trouble stopping the men from drying my car. I was spraying my own wax on and drying it off, but they kept starting in on it without asking, and even when I said, "No, thank you", they wouldn't let up. Finally I was left alone and then one of the men stood there openly staring at me as I worked. I left it half done and drove away. No way am I paying to be ogled! Most of the workers here are African and I definitely felt as if I were in Africa; it wasn't the experience I'd expect at an American car wash. It had been almost a year since I'd cleaned the interior of my car. The passenger side footwell was covered in dog fur and there were bits of dog fur on the dash. While I'd taken my car through gas station car washes, those didn't remover the brake dust from my rims. I got the Works package here and they did a good job, especially for the cost (which is comparable to other car washes in the area who haven't done nearly as thorough of a job vacuuming). They removed almost all of the dog fur from the footwell (bits left where the vacuum wouldn't fit just next to the seat), the dash was nice & clean, and all of the brake dust is gone! (See photos) I'm not sure if it was in response to previous reviews, but there's a closed-circuit five-camera feed of all parts of the car wash you can watch on a big screen in the lobby. Granted, I didn't leave cash in my glove box, but it appeared nothing in that space had been disturbed during the wash/vacuuming process. I liked these guys and would go back. They did a nice job making my grungy car clean again, both inside and out. read more

DO NOT COME HERE . Want your car damaged ? Go ahead and come here . I took my car to get a much needed car wash , just for my car to come with a flat tire . They ruined my TPMS sensor on one my tires . The manager is very rude and inconsiderate, disrespectful, I have never met anyone so disrespectful as of him . He did not even bother to help me , I had to chase him down and argue with him on how HE was going to repair my tire . He said he was not responsible & that the tire wasn't damaged . It cost me $130.00 to get my tire fixed . He does not have insurance for his company & that was his excuse . That is not my problem .. my problem is that I took my car to this car wash perfectly fine and it comes out damaged . I will never come back here and will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. He just reimbursed me for the car wash.. only gave me $20.00 that I had to spend 40 minutes arguing for . I was in the shopping center next door and had 30mins to spare, so I decided to get my car washed really quick. I was very hesitant because of the reviews. I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did.. My car was very dirty due to the snow and so I went with the basic car wash. Definitely worth the $14 I paid. If you're looking for your car to look like new once they're don't then the #1 is definitely not your choice. I've been to this car wash 5 times over the last 15 months including earlier today. I have been pleased with both the quality and level of service. One way I gauge the quality of a car wash is how well the clean the inside of each window. A few weeks ago my teenager applied Armor All to my dashboard and over-sprayed it onto the window. Today, the wipe down crew removed 95% of the over-spray which is not easy. And the rear window interior glass is also extremely clean (hard to reach on an SUV lift gate). I'd add the black interior carpet looks great and most of the dog hair is gone. Fully intend to return. read more

The prices are good and my initial impression was really good. Until I got in my car...I don't know what was sprayed on the plexiglas that covers the speedometer area but now it is white and murky? I asked but no one would own up to it. The prevailing attitude was, it was like that when you brought it in. Ummm NO it wasn't! Of course there is no way to prove it. So now my dash is messed up. Super disappointing that there is no accountability and I'm just SOL. My first and last time patronizing this business definitely do not recommend. Mannnnn, I normally go to a competitor up the street that does a pretty good job. I hate to have someone else even wash my truck, but, I live in an apartment, so, I don't have access to my own hose & bucket to do so myself. Anyway, I stopped here because my usual spot was busy, and all I really wanted to do was get some of the snow-removal salt/chemicals off my truck and shine up my tires... basic stuff. Once they finished drying it off, no one touched my tires, as, they had lost track of what wash package I had purchased. So, I had to dig out my receipt, as, they treated me as if I was trying to get over on them when I asked them to shine up my tires. It was frustrating, as, they got the oldest dude out there to do this.. and I know he did his best--his efforts were appreaciated--but, then I looked at the wheels which still were heavy with brake dust, which obviously had not been given any attention to by the original guys who dried off/wiped down my truck. The dashboard, apparently, is of no concern on the interior, and, there were spots where they hadn't fully wiped over which gave the appearance of dirt patches. Never again... better off waiting til it rains! Next time, I'll just endure the wait at my usual spot. *note: I don't like trashing businesses, and I normally do not start up reviews here, and am usually piggy-backing on someone else's review... Terrible! Do not go to this car wash. Out license plate and one tail light were ripped off. The manager literally taped the plate back on and screwed in the light, said they don't have insurance and he wasn't paying for repairs (tail light didn't work properly ). I purchased the $25 exterior/interior wash, and once my car was finished, it looked like it had barely been cleaned. The inside looked and smelled like it had been wiped down by a 5 year old with a dirty rag! Trash and crumbs were still left on the seats and the exterior still had bugs stuck on the windshield and headlights! Such a waste of time and money! I came here on yesterday and when I got back to DC, I noticed the back of my car on the exterior was still not cleaned, still had dirt and materials that come from the trees in my backyard. The drying towels left a lot lint on my car and my rear view mirror was not cleaned at all. My car was still wet as I pulled off to head home, so car wasn't fully dry at all. The next time that I am in that area, I will definitely pass on this car wash. The customer service is horrible as well. In addition, there is some blatant racism and prejudice when it comes to how well this establishment treats its customers and how well they perform their services when it comes to throughly cleaning your vehicle. The staff doesn't even speak to you and look miserable like they don't want to be there at all. Don't take it out on me as the customer! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not go to this car wash. I took my brand new Ram truck there today and it came out with a long scratch on the drivers side rear fender. When I confronted the manager about it he insisted it did not happen at his place. I looked it over before it went in and it's new. We ended up yelling at each other (the manager) as I was so angry. My truck is new, no dings or anything until this stupid crappy car wash scratched it. Also, it's a push button start and I could not find the remote key (which I left in the cup holder). I searched for over a half hour and finallly found it under the passenger seat stuck in between the seat rail and the carpeting. They insisted it was left in the cup holder. DO NOT GO HERE! I have lived in this area for over 20 years and have been using this car wash along with 2 other vehicles in my household almost bi-weekly during the warm months. I have a Cadillac Escalade and pay an average of $40 per visit on the wash, tip and air fresheners. The service has been mediocre at best however for a quick run through I have dealt with it. I've overlooked the fact that I have to go behind them to improve things but I used them as a means to initiate cleaning my truck up. Today I just left Firestone getting new tires and my state inspection. Windshield wipers are part of that inspection. Firestone did a walk through of my car before I left. Everything was great. I left there and came here to get a car wash. When I left I immediately noticed my windshield wiper was flapping in the wind and the medal was poked up into the air. It was clearly damaged here by the machine or their personnel. I made a quick U turn in front of the store and returned within seconds. I politely approached the owner Sue who looked at it and walked away from me, not saying a word. Confused, I followed her inside and she saw I was waiting. She waved me off rudely and said talk to my husband. I walked him outside very politelyexplaining again and showed him what happened. Explaining to him that I just left getting a state inspection and drove straight here. I would have noticed the flapping immediately as I did leaving this car wash so I know it happened just now. He said we have a sign outside. I asked what did that mean. He said read it. Which was rude. He walked away from me. I grabbed my wallet and showed him my frequent cards which one was filled full and the other was half full. I explained to him Im a frequent customer and not someone trying to get over on him. I just wanted an acknowledgement and an idea to assist with this problem that they caused. I would have accepted a free car wash, hand full of air fresheners or to go fix it and bring back in my receipt. He offered NOTHING and kept walking away from me. I said Oh so you aren't going to do anything? He shook his No. I made sure I calmly told everyone who was sitting there that they damaged my wiper and didn't care about it. He got smart with me and asked If I needed a mic. WOW! Great customer service....NOT! So lets do the math. For my truck alone, $40 x 26 weeks a year on average for 20 years is about $20,000 in car washes and that's not to mention the other 2 cars we also send there. To fix my wiper it was $18. So they lost about $20,000 for the next 20 years for $18. I don't think their math nor decision making is very smart. Not good business people at all. Unprofessional staff , they keep looking at every car owner if they put a tip in the box or not, if so maybe they'll smile if not forget you get the car clean .
