We hired them for move-out cleaning of our one-bedroom apartment in Berkeley and two very nice ladies did a great job. I wish we hired them when we moved in, as the place is pretty old. However, scheduling a time was quite stressful. Texting the available number is probably your best bet over calling or messaging via yelp. The management kept rescheduling on me. When it rolled around to our set time and day, I asked if they were almost at my place, and they said there was an emergency and that I would need to reschedule. I understand that things come up for people, but she should've notified me proactively instead of me asking 15 minutes past my set appointment time. Also, when I scheduled my appointment, I sent them pictures of my place to get a quote, and they said it'd be $180-200, and the two ladies ended up charging me $220, weird considering I already pre-cleaned a bit. Overall, they did a really great job at cleaning itself. But if you're on a strict timeline (like moveout) or on a strict budget, probably not worth it.

I was afraid in the timeframe I booked she would only be able to clean a minimal area or two, but she worked faster than I could have imagined yet was extremely thorough, thereby, being able to do more than I expected. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time, so she had her work cut out for her and she truly delivered. The baseboards and vents were extra dirty, as was the ceiling fan in the kitchen and there was a night and day difference after they were cleaned properly. Maryuti was very quiet the entire time which was appreciated as this was one of the days my sister was working from home so she could continue to work uninterrupted while the house was being cleaned. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. After waiting 90 minutes and with the cleaners nowhere to be seen and the movers arriving soon, I had to cancel the scheduled cleaning service. There was no apology or accountability for their lack of punctuality and dishonesty. I cannot recommend Patricia's Cleaning Services to anyone.

I explained that I wanted a deep cleaning done since the home had collected dust. She worked with me and my schedule and shifted around some other jobs to fit in a quick cleaning for me. Although this wasn't what I originally wanted, it was enough to get the place dusted off since it was unused for sometime. The reason why I say the service is even better, she reached back out to me when she did have time and extra hands. Her team came out about a week later, and performed a very thorough deep cleaning. I received a quick response for a request for a cleaning of my 2bd 2 bath apartment and was quoted a flat rate of $190, which was a decent price. 2. She arrived on time and sent a message saying that she was on her way before arriving. 3. She said that she used eco friendly products 4. She was very friendly. Cons 1. I didn't notice this until after she left, but She only swept and mopped around the furniture. She did not move any of the furniture around or sweep under furniture. For example, there was still dust and a piece of paper under my bed and I have a platform bed, so it's easy to clean under it. I have a bassinet and crib (both on wheels) in the bedroom, these were not moved and there was still dust under them. I had to sweep the bedroom again after she left. 2. While she was still cleaning, my partner noticed that there was still soap scum on the walls, on the soap dish and the sliding door of the 2 bathtubs. We had to explain that she needed to clean the wall tiles in the bathtub (not the grout), the soap dish and the glass door. I've never had to explain this to someone before. Once we mentioned it she did clean it, but it was odd to need to mention it since it was so obvious! 3. She came alone to clean my 2bd 2 bath apartment. I'm accustomed to a team of two so that the jobs is completed thoroughly. She seemed in a hurry. 4. I also needed to sweep my living room again after she left and although she moped, there was still a stain on the floor that I easily wiped up with a Clorox wipe. Overall I wasn't happy with the job and was upset that I needed to clean again afterwards.
