I waited two separate days for them and they didn't show. I wouldn't have given them a second chance but GE uses them instead of offering their own service. I am still waiting for GE to use a different company. read more

they were terrible- alot of ways -dont return calls etc, after about 3 weeks they came today to replace dryer belt- they told my wife they were done and its fine.not true i opened it up and took pictures the broken old belt was in there-after all this time zero call backs-they i called back the number they called me from when they arrived and multiple calls they didnt pickup and mail box was full-they are worst ever read more

Ruben was excellent- had problem with brand new GE Laundry Center - dryer was making grind noise upon each revolution... very annoying noise. Ruben was able to disassemble the entire dryer unit and locate the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable would recommend for your appliance repair. read more

This company is contracted through Lowes extended warranty division. After 2 visits with this company Lowes made additional appointment to have them come back out and service my parents washing machine. They did not show up and did not call for the first follow up appointment . I called Lowe's and they set up another appointment. The day of the second follow up appointment I called Clear Vent directly to confirm they were coming. I was reassured they would arrive after 2pm...guess what? They did not show up and did not have the decency to call again. When I called Lowe's to figure out what was going on I was told that Clear Vent said they've been to the house and fixed the washing machine and they weren't coming back. Why not call the customer instead of having them waste a day? Also the washing machine only works on one cycle...that's not repaired. Do not waste your time with this company! read more

Awful company. They're contracted with Lowe's for extended warranties. Made an appointment-no call/no show. Our appointment window was 12-4. Called at 3. They said the service person "tried to call but we didn't answer so he just left and now he's too far away to come back." Total BS. New appointment scheduled next day. Was there for 15 minutes, said it needed a new belt and that he'd have to come back to fix it. How do you not have a new belt with you?? Called Lowe's 3 days later to see when they were returning and we were informed that an order for a belt was never even placed. Total waste of time. read more

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the repair person to come and fix my refrigerator. We were told he would be here the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and never showed up. Then we were told the Friday after Thanksgiving. Then we were told before noon - THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY! At noon on Friday, after no one showed up, we called, were on hold for over an hour before they picked up and said "his truck broke down, no one is coming". They were contracted through our maintenance contract, so we contacted them and they said "Clear Vent said he will be there by the end of the day". So we waited around all day - again. NO ONE SHOWED UP. Today is Monday and when I called Clear Vent this morning I was told he is coming today, before 2 pm. He didn't show up, AGAIN. It is after 5pm now on Monday, I have been on hold for over an hour (3rd time today) and now they are closed, and yet the hold music is still playing. I was told the repairman would call me at 3 different times today. He never called, no one ever mentioned rescheduling. Nothing. Just a run around for 3 weeks. Horrible! read more
