Contacted Pablo via email through his website on a Wednesday (06/03/15). He replied that same night with a price ($35 per window screen and frame). We had just moved into our house and needed 6 window screens and frames fixed that had been badly damaged by the previous owner's cat. Emailed Pablo back this past Friday (06/05/15) to schedule an appointment for the weekend. Pablo called me back on Saturday (06/06/15) afternoon around 1:30pm letting me know he was available by 5:30pm for an appointment. He was actually early and arrived at 5pm! This was great as we were just at home painting and what not. Pablo arrived with a crew member and got straight to work. For 6 windows, it took them less than 45 minutes to complete from the moment he knocked on our door until we paid and said goodbye! We did notice a few neighbors talk to him while he was working on our window screens and he did continue to work a bit after our transaction. Excellent work and professional staff! In town visiting and my dog tears the previously damaged screen here in Anaheim on a FRI evening. Next morning, I start calling businesses for quotes using Yelp, and leave messages for a few. On MON no callbacks from the earlier companies. I called over 5 businesses before someone finally answered their phone. Out of those voicemails, only 2 companies called me back later that week. Because of the heat wave this week, those 3 businesses that did answer their phone, or call me back, were too busy this week to repair my dad's door. I'm a licensed CA General Contractor. It was challenging to find an installer who would come to my location. When I spoke with Pablo, he was very accommodating. Pablo kept in communication on the day of measure and installation, letting me know he would be there ahead of schedule. His measurements were accurate and his recommended positioning was excellent. When he arrived for installation, he and his helper kept the jobsite clean and orderly, with very little disruption to the house. His installation process was professional and correct. He insured the double door unit installed in a 6' French door opening operated effortlessly. His installation of an additional single retractable unit needed customization, due to the threshold needing to be mounted on an uneven concrete surface. He handled it properly. He is a thorough, professional installer. It was refreshing to have him do the work. I would NOT HESITATE to use him on any installation and highly recommend his company. read more

I found Pablo here on yelp thru a customer recommendation on another screen company's yelp profile. I had called that company and received a high quote for 11 windows and a screen sliding door with a dog guard to keep our dog from busting throughI. I read through their reviews and a customer recommended Pablo. I called him and got a quote over the phone his quote was so much lower than the other company. He came by on Friday 6/5/2015 took measurements of our windows because he had run out of the specific color we needed but was able to install our sliding door along with the dog guard that same day we also had an existing screen door that was missing a handle I asked him if he could quote me price for that he said he would the next day. He came back on Saturday installed our screens on all windows in less than 30 mins and also installed the missing door handle on the existing screen door at no charge!!! Pablo is legit! I left a message on Monday, and he called back within 20 minutes. Gave me an amazing quote over the phone (like $100 less than the first guy I contacted). Set up an appt for today (Wednesday), and he was on time. I'm pretty sure they were here for less than two hours, and we have a brand new screen door with pet screening (the other guy said it would take 7-10 days). I'm super excited about that. I was amazed at how quick they were considering the shape of the door frame was a little odd so they had to do some Macgyvering to get it to work. It looks great. They even replaced the wheels on our sliding glass door. The first guy that came and looked at it said that it was supposed to be that tough to open because it was such a big door. I'm so glad that Pablo looked at it because now I can open it with one hand whereas before, it was a serious (two-hand) arm workout.
