Two weeks later they returned to install the correct window, but had failed to measure the security doors. So now they are unable to install the security doors. We are over a month beyond the original install date and the project is still not completed. We choose this company, despite costing significantly more than others and have been very disappointed with their professionalism and lack of respect for their customers time. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.
